On the last day of each month, our sale pricing is not reflected on our eBay store site, simply because eBay only allows sales to run for 30 consecutive days, then one day off. Our sales for each new month begin on the first day of that new month; i.e. July 1st, August 1st, etc.! Even though our pricing does not show sale pricing on the last day of each month, our herbs are on sale-we will refund for the difference in the regular pricing reflected that day and our sale pricing which begins on the following day (the first day of the month). You will ALWAYS receive sale pricing, no matter on which day you purchase!! We welcome you each and every day of the month with wonderful herbs, sale pricing and discount shipping!

Herb Quality - Our herbs are the raw herb! They are 100% pure, lab tested. Use our herbs to fill your capsules-pre-filled capsules and tablets that you purchase contain Maltodextrin, our herbs are 100% pure-no Maltodextrin or any additives!! We believe the superb quality of our herbs to be some of the very finest sold on eBay! Expiration Date -  There is no specific expiration date-herbs will stay fresh for 18-24 months if stored in a cool, dry, darkened area (away from sunlight). A good rule of thumb-if it smells good, it is good to use. Once it loses its aroma, it needs to be replaced.

Payment - eBay will no longer allow sellers to accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks as of 10/31/08. We have updated our site to reflect this eBay change. Please contact us if this is your only payment method to make other arrangements.

Shipping - Beware of FREE shipping!! The seller does not pay for the cost of FREE shipping-you do!!!  The shipping cost is built into the price of the product-costing you $$ more!! We charge a small amount for shipping and combine shipping on all multiple item purchases. We do offer FREE shipping on quantity orders of $100 or more! Our low prices and low shipping cost will save you lots of  $$!!  You do the math!!

Fair Shipping Costs - We only charge the actual cost that our supplier charges us to ship within the U.S. and international shipping. We do not increase shipping costs to make a profit, as many sellers do!

Shipping Carriers/Methods - Shipping carrier is USPS or UPS. Shipping method by carrier is USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority; or UPS Ground. Shipping method is determined by our supplier-his decision is based on destination, weight of order and fastest delivery time to your location. If you need a specific carrier for your order, please let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Tracking Your Order -  Orders received after 5:00 P.M. EST are processed the following business day. No weekend shipping. Shipping confirmations are received 24-48 hours AFTER shipping. Not all orders have a tracking number (international orders do not have a tracking number). Herb orders of two lbs. or more will ship UPS with a tracking number. Single item herb orders normally ships USPS without tracking. If your U.S. order has shipped with a tracking number, this tracking number will appear on your Order Details page (click on the tracking number to view the progress of your order)!

Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) - We try to make every transaction a 5 Star experience for every buyer who shops with us! The seller fees we pay eBay are lower if we reach and maintain a DSR of 4.9 or better. Lower seller fees mean we can continue to offer quality products at excellent prices!  We ask for a 5 Star rating for your transaction! Weight:  Most all of our herbs are packaged in 1 lb. bags to save you money on the cost of both the herb and shipping! Our herbs stay fresh and potent for months (some herbs for years)! Stretch your dollar and save yourself time as well as money - always order 1 lb. whenever possible!! 

 Verbiage:  Organic/Wildcrafted refers to the way agricultural products-food and fiber-are grown and processed. Organic/Wildcrafted products are based on a system of farming that maintains and replenishes soil fertility without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers. Organic/Wildcrafted food and fibers are minimally processed, and have no artificial ingredients, preservatives, fumigation or irradiation to maintain the integrity of the products.  Organic/Wildcrafted may or may not be indicated on the packaging. "Certified Organic" means the item has been grown according to strict uniform standards that are verified by independent state or private organizations.  Certification includes inspections of farm fields and processing facilities, detailed record keeping, and periodic testing of soil and water to ensure that growers and handlers are meeting the standards which have been set.  Certified Organic products cost considerably more in order to pay for these processes. Certified Organic herbs are indicated on the packaging as Certified by the Iowa Dept. of Agriculture and Land Stewardship. 

Packaging: 2 mil food grade poly bags closed with twist ties.  Our herbs are NOT air tight sealed or vacuum sealed. Air tight sealed or vacuum sealed bags seal natural herb moisture inside encouraging herbs to mold quickly. We do NOT air tight seal or vacuum seal our herbs because of this!  Instructions and recommended dosage is not provided on packaging due to liability regulations.

International Shipping: At this time, we are unable to ship our herbs to Australia, Russian Federation and Mexico-we apologize for the inconvenience! If an international destination is not available for postage on USPS.com, your order will be refunded. Our herb supplier only ships USPS International Priority. Shipping time is determined by USPS. International orders are delivered in an estimated 12-20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ask for your patience when awaiting an order. Our supplier does not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
