| A:Yes, this is an original hand-made painting, not a mechanical reproduction. No prints ever made. |
| Q:Do you sign your work? |

| A:Yes, I put my LK logo at the front. I also print a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) for each painting. |
| Q:Is this a canvas painting? What media do you use? |
|
| A:I paint on stretched canvases using fine acrylic colors. I apply a protective varnish on finished painting. |
| Q:Does the painting come with a frame? |
|
| A:The contemporary style of my paintings allows for hanging with no frame. I use the high quality canvases that have no staples on sides, and I paint the edges. |
| Q:Can you make this painting larger? |

| A:Many of my compositions can be re-painted in a larger size. Please contact me. Please note that the maximum single canvas size I can ship is 48x36 inches. |

| A:No, there are no additional fees. Packaging materials and handling are included into the Shipping.

| Q:How long does it take to receive the painting? |

| A:I usually send the painting within 3 business days after receiving the cleared payment and confirming your shipping address. After that, the parcel normally arrives to any address in continental USA or Canada in 7 business days or less. |
| Q:Will the parcel be delivered to me or do I have to pick it up from a Post Office? |

| A:Delivery standards may differ from area to area. The parcel may be delivered to your home and left at the door - or you may receive an invitation to come to the nearest Post Office or UPS location and pick-up the parcel. |

| A:Yes, please use PayPal and make sure your shipping address has the status CONFIRMED. I cannot accept checks or money orders - but you can pay with the check via PayPal (takes several days to clear). If you live in the Toronto area - you can pickup the painting and pay cash. |
| Q:Is there any sales tax? |

| A:There is NO SALES TAX outside Canada. Residents of Canada will pay GST/HST, which will be added automatically by PayPal at checkout. Buyers from Ontario also pay PST. In the USA, there is no custom duties on ORIGINAL ART (please check the customs if shipping outside USA). |
