• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING only applies to orders traveling to the U.S. and Canada
• We require 1-3 business days to process and pack items after payment has cleared
• Upgraded Shipping Services will be available during checkout at additional cost

All items ship from our location in Canada, as such delivery time will vary based on your location and any customs/border delays.

• CANADA POST STANDARD SERVICE may not include tracking numbers therefore upgrading service is highly recommended.
• Please note that shipping & handling charges reflect postage, packaging, material & labor costs.
• Canada Post rates and shipping guidelines vary greatly in comparison to other service providers such as UPS, USPS, etc. Please keep this in mind when assessing your total purchase costs before completing the transaction.
• Omega Collectables ships all orders either in protective bubble mailers or NEW Shipping Boxes
• We are doing are best to be GREEN - we do not use styrofoam peanuts or plastic bubble wrap for void fill and will use recyclable materials when at all possible
• Insurance is applicable when purchased - we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit if not insured therefore insurance is highly recommended. 
• When purchasing multiple items only one shipping service level can be used for the entire order
• Local pickup is available with a $5.00 handling fee per item.
