POLICIES
COMBINED SHIPPING: If buying more than one item, Please don't pay until you are done shopping and we send you a single combined invoice. Once your done shopping, just click on request total from seller and we will send a combined invoice. Most of the time we can save you money by shipping several items in a flat rate box for $9.95. The number of items depend on the size of the items, and some items will not fit in a flat rate box. Those items will be noted on the listing. Please email us at sales@omalleyshomedecor.com for details or any questions. We can not combine shipping once item/s are paid for or add additional items to an order that is already paid for. If emailing for a quote on combined shipping, please include item numbers, quantity's, and the destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We greatly appreciate any orders from our international community, but please note we only offer USPS Global Priority, and the rate is very high for small single items. But the prices does not drastically change as the weight goes up, for most countries.
PAYMENT: We only accept Paypal or Master Card/Visa. Please note we don't ship items until we receive payment. This also means if paying via echeck on paypal, we can't ship until paypal says it has cleared. We appreciate payment within 7 days or we can't guarantee availability of the item/s. If items are not paid for within 10 days we will file a dispute with eBay in order to get our final value fees credited back.
SALES TAX: We have to charge 8.25% tax on orders shipped to Texas Addresses. If you are a re-seller and have a Tax ID, please email us first.
RETURNS: Items can be returned for exchange only, we will not issue refunds or pay for shipping back and forth. Due to most of our items being inexpensive we ask that customer please email us with any questions before committing to buy. If an item arrives broke, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at sales@omalleyshomedecor.com.
GENERAL INFORMATION
BEST OFFER: All of our store items have a best offer option, this option is available for those customers who want to buy larger qty's and possibly get a little better price. But we do not have to accept the offer and we generally do not accept anything less than the buy it now price on smaller qty's.

Note that our bare metal and cast iron pieces, may or may not come with rust on them.

Cast Iron pieces are all hand cast, some of the casting may be a little uneven or have grind marks from being cleaned after casting.

The term Rustic doesn't mean rusted, but rather means un-refined, country, or simple.

Products that are painted, are hand painted and shades can vary from product to product.

Unless stated on the listing, no product comes with hanging hardware. Also if the product has mounting holes, or a hanger it will be stated on that product listing.
