| Warranty
- All items are shipped new and factory sealed unless otherwise stated.
- All new products carry their own manufacturer's warranty as described in the description.
- Additional warranty information can be obtain directly from the manufacturer.
- If you have problems with your item please check with the manufacturer for technical support.
- In most cases problems can be solved through technical support.
- If the product is declared defective by the manufacturer and you are still in the 7 days of delivery you can contact us and we will send you a replacement. (Please see company policies for procedures.)
- If product is defective after the 7 days of receipt please contact the manufacturer for replacement.
- If you need help you can contact us and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Returns
- We have a 7 day exchange policy from the date of receipt of your product.
- If your product is damaged or defective we will send you a replacement. (Please see company policies for return procedures.)
- In some instances we will allow you to return items if they are unopened and still in perfect condition for resale. (Restocking fees of 10%-20% may be apply)
- We can not do anything about buyer's remorse, so please make sure you know what you want before buying and definitely before opening your item.
- We will not accept items we can not resale.
