All new items sold by Nu-Image Computers come with manufacturer’s warranty.

Most warranty information will be listed in the description of the item.

We only carry new products so everything is factory sealed unless otherwise stated.

RETURN PROCEDURES:

• If product(s) arrive damaged or does not work we will send you a replacement.
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # before shipping your item. 
• RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at shawn@nuimagecorp.com
• All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Buyer will pay freight for the return and the seller will pay freight for the replacement order.
• There will be no returns on opened software and games unless it is defective. In that case only an exchange for the same exact item will be made.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
• You will be given a full return on the item if we are unable to send you a replacement.
• There will be no refunds on freight.

TERMS OF THE RETURN:

• DOA, short shipments, or deviations must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Item must be carefully packed to avoid any damaged in transit.
• RMA number must be included in the shipping label.
• The item will be processed within 5 days from the date of return for replacements or refunds.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

• We accept Paypal, VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover
• You can also pay by money order, company checks, or personal checks. 
• Some payments may take longer to clear than others.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• We accept all types of Paypal payments
• Shipments will be made to Paypal confirmed address only.
• Phone numbers are required for delivery companies.

We use the following shipping companies:

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

• We normally ship within 3 days of confirmation of payment.
• We only ship to EBay/Paypal confirmed addresses.
• We use which ever carrier is best for each order.
• Overnight orders must be placed before 3:00 PM central US, or it will ship next business day.
• Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be process when regular business hours resume.
• We do offer shipping discounts or free shipping on certain orders. 
• You can email us and we can give you a final quote on everything before you order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• Most orders will be ship via USPS Airmail.
• Please allow 4-10 business days for your product to arrive.
• Some orders can take 2-3 days while others can take up to 2-3 weeks.
• Phone numbers must be provided to insure proper handling of the delivery process.

• Confirmation email will be sent once payment has been cleared.
• Your order will normally ship within 3 business days.  You will be notified if it takes a little longer than expected.
• If your order takes a little longer to ship then we will expedite your shipping method, at no cost to you.
• That is our way of saying sorry for the delay. 
• We will allow you to request for refund if your order takes longer than 5 days to ship.
• If there is an issue or if you are not satisfied with your transaction please notify us.
• We don't like negative feedbacks so we will do our best to keep you happy.
• Pictures and Images are stock photos only. 
• Please verify that part numbers and model number are correct before ordering.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility of parts and accessories before purchasing.
• All items shipped are new factory sealed with all manuals, documents, and parts unless otherwise stated.
• We list on multiple sites so the inventory seen on EBay may not always be right. 
• Please feel free to ask about availability before ordering.
• If an item is backordered, we will give you an ETA on when you would expect your item to arrive. 
• If this is not acceptable, then we will refund your money through a mutual agreement.
• Please note that sometimes items are lost or damaged in transit and could delay the shipping process.
