Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and return authorization can be obtained by emailing us. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

For payment we accept PAYPAL. Sorry but ebay no longer allows us to accept money order payments. If you wish to pay by money order then items may be ordered from our website located at www.northernstones.ca. All listings are in US$ so all payments must be made in US$ or the equivelant in another currency.

NORTH AMERICAN CUSTOMERS (Canada & USA)

S/H is a flat rate to Canada and the USA and includes free insurance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

S/H is usually a flat rate to International locations and includes free insurance. Those items where the rate is not listed must be treated on a case by case basis and customers should contact us for the rate to their specific location.

Multiple purchases made within a 14 day period will receive combined shipping discounts. To qualify for Shipping and Handling discounts you must pay for all of your items on one invoice. When you have completed all of your purchases within the 14 day period, please request a final invoice amount so that we can apply your discounts.

Please request a total combined invoice when purchasing 5 or more Buy it Now items to receive better than posted combined S/H discounts.

Customers ordering multiple items will pay full shipping on the item with the highest posted rate in their order, and will receive $2.95 off the posted shipping rate for each additional item (which works out to $1.00 S/H for additional items with a $3.95 shipping rate).
