Q:What is your return policy?
A:If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, simply notify us within 3 days of receiving the item for a money back guarantee. Please inspect all our descriptions prior to bidding as there will be a restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes we combine shipping. Additional charges may be incurred for high-value items. Because shipping insurance is based on the declared value of the package, multiple items will raise that value and therefore cost more to insure.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We process orders as they come in. Most orders are shipped the same day that payment is received (depending upon the payment type). Packages are typically shipped via 2 Day Air, overnight shipping is available upon request.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping and Handling is typically included. If it is an unusually high-valued item additional handling fees may be incurred. If overnight shipping is requested, we charge the actual shipping and insurance cost.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx Int'l Priority. We charge actual shipping costs. For high-value items above $500, please understand your countries specific duties and taxes before hand.
