If you can't rate us a 5,then please email us and let us know so we can correct the issues for future customers. (Even a 4 star can hurt us a lot as a seller under this new rating system). We take our feedback very serious because we are in business for you!. Remember, we ship most items within 1 to 5 business days. We do not have any control over the transit time with USPS. In addition, our shipping rates are competitive with most others on ebay. As you well know, everything is increasing in price. The postal service now requires that cd's and other small media be considered small parcels because they do not bend. That has almost doubled the shipping cost for cd's, dvd's etc. from a year ago. There has also been a recent rate increase of approx. 10 cents per cd, while we only increased our rates by 3 cents per the latest rate increase. The price of shipping supplies has also increased by at least $3.50 more per 100 bubble mailers. Our fee's to sell has also taken an increase. A part of the shipping charges are also taken if we accept instant payments, paypal, credit cards, etc. I also have to pay sales taxes on every item I sell, but we do not charge the buyer taxes,(except for S.C.). We are trying very hard to keep our shipping cost competitive. Taking advantage of our shipping discount for multiple item purchases is a great way for the buyer to save on shipping cost.
