**Below you will find information about our Payment, Shipping, International, Warranty, Return Policy, and Local Pickup Terms.

Payment Terms

• Paypal: This is our preferred method of payment. We accept paypal from "Confirmed Addresses Only!” This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to process your order.

• Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. To make a direct payment via credit card, please use our automated checkout process or contact us directly by phone. All orders that exceed $5,000.00 will require a signature and credit card authorization form that will be produced at the close of the auction.

• Money Orders: WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS!

• We do not accept: C.O.D., PERSONAL CHECKS or COMPANY CHECKS.

Domestic Shipping Terms

• We ship exclusively with UPS. Bidders located inside the United States please go to the bottom right corner of this auction and enter your zip code to calculate shipping charges.

• Shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

• Please be aware that we observe most national holidays and therefore you may see a slight delay in processing your orders around holidays.

• Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number notification email on the day your item is shipped. If you do not receive the confirmation email please check our order tracking link above.

• We do not ship outside the U.S.

Local Pickup

• We offer local pickup for local bidders at the NPS Store in Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm (MST) only. Inside our store you will find a collectibles room. This is where your items can be picked up. You will be required to produce a form of identification and sign for the item at the time of pickup.

• We require that all items are pre-paid a minimum of 24 hours in advance. (Please review our "Payment Terms".) Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs, you will be responsible for Utah State Sales Tax of 6.85%.

• Items must be picked up within five business days or they will be refunded and re-listed. (Special arrangements can be made by contacting our customer service department.)

Utah State Sales Tax

• All Utah customers are subject to Utah State Sales tax of 6.85%, regardless if the item is shipped or picked up.

Multiple Items

• Buyers will only be able to purchase or bid on 10 items in 10 days without paying. After this they will be blocked from purchasing until they have paid for their 10 items.

• We offer shipping discounts on all multiple item orders. When you have finished bidding, please send us a request for a combined total and we will email it to you.

Warranty

• We are not dealers for the product we sell on eBay and therefore do not offer any warranty on any of our products written or implied.

• We also do not guarantee that manufacturers will honor their warranties on the products we sell.

Return Policy

• We will guarantee that our products will be in the condition stated in our listings upon receipt.

• We offer a non Dead on Arrival (Non-DOA) guarantee on all of our products unless stated otherwise in the specific listing.
