Personal Check accepted if buyer's feedback rating is at least 25 with no NPBs reported. If paying with personal check items will be held until check clears.

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase unless you have made other arrangements with us.  

To avoid being reported to eBay for non-payment,  PLEASE let us know if there is going to be any delay in sending your payment. 

WorldWide.  We have shipped to customers in 10 countries to date, with frequent shipments to UK and Australia.

GENERAL: Buyer pays all shipping costs unless stated otherwise in description.  Most of the items we sell are presented with a choice of USPS Priority or USPS Express shipping.  Very light items are offered shipment via USPS First Class Mail, or are shipped free.

DISCOUNTS: We combine (discount) S&H when purchases are packaged & shipped together, so let us know if you are bidding on more than one item at the same time.  This is done automatically if you checkout through eBay.  If you request invoice, we can often discount further on purchase of 6 or more items shipped together.

US SHIPPING:  Insurance is usually recommended. We will not be responsible for purchase (once item is mailed) if insurance is waived.  I also sell a lot of uniforms on consignment and many of those listings require insurance on domestic packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International buyers welcome, but must pay calculated S&H, which includes a $5 international processing fee.  Insurance is required on all international shipments, and is included in the calculated S&H.  BUYER MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES IMPOSED AT CUSTOMS.  Buyer should be familiar with the local laws of their country.  We will not mark any packages as a "Gift" - this is illegal.

All items are described to the best of our ability.  IF DESCRIPTION IS NOT ACCURATE, we will gladly give refund.  Buyer MUST contact us within 2 business days of receipt of item in order to receive cash refund - otherwise will be granted store credit only. 

Since I do not personally take measurements of buyer / end user, I CAN NOT GUARANTEE FIT, and no refund will be given if item is as described.   

Exchanges are permitted; with the purchase price of the item you are returning applied to the purchase price of the item you are trading for.  If you trade for a lower priced uniform any balance would be applied as store credit.  All shipping charges associated with exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Uniform manufacturers vary widely in sizing.  We try to include a manufacturers size guide and/or garment dimensions in each listing.  If this information is missing PLEASE ASK!  It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine sizes needed based on item description and / or size tables provided.  If you are not sure what size to order, please contact us prior to making your purchase, and we will gladly assist you in the selection of your uniform items. Please ask any questions before bidding/buying. 

New uniforms ordered to your specifications require manufacturer approval for returns (this is rare). 

No returns or exchanges are allowed on briefs or socks.

We participate in the FEEDBACK program.  Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or problems.  We want you to be happy with your transaction.

Unpaid items will be submitted for refund of eBay fees, so please contact us immediately if there will be a delay in payment.
