HOW WE CAN HELP YOU TO LIQUIDATE YOUR CHEERLEADING UNIFORMS
TRADE UNIFORMS IN for STORE CREDIT
We accept used uniforms and pom pons as trade in* (store credit) which can be used toward purchases of new or preowned items. Used briefs and socks are not accepted.
We allow you to use your store credit to pay for up to 25% of purchase price of most pre-owned items, and up to 20% of the purchase price of new items and consignment listings.
Once accepted as trade in, the uniforms belong to the store, and are sold to teams until there aren't enough uniforms left for team use (or we have had them for over a year) at which point I list them individually on eBay.
The advantage of trading uniforms and poms in for STORE CREDIT is that you clear out your storage area now, and you get (and can use) your established cash value immediately, rather than waiting for your uniforms to sell, or being hurt by a falling value.
The disadvantage of trading uniforms and poms in for STORE CREDIT is the cash value may be less than if you sold them directly on your own.
*We have established a value table for traded in pieces, which considers age & style, condition**, manufacturer, quantity of matching uniforms, size mix, color mix, existing lettering, and other factors. Contact us with specifics on your uniform lot for a rough estimate. Final value is determined upon receipt of uniforms.
**Condition criteria are established and are described in detail on our eBay store page How We Rate Cheer Uniform CONDITION.

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
Seller sends the uniforms to us, and we process the uniforms for sale and actively work to sell the uniforms (again, in team lots until there aren't enough uniforms left for team use).
Commission charged for a CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT is between 30% and 40%, depending on how much the seller does to prepare the lot for sale. If we receive a box of unsorted, uninventoried, and/or unlaundered pieces (seller basically just counted how many pieces they sent, if that), the commission is the full 40%. If the uniforms are laundered and sorted, with pieces all bagged (gallon zipper bags), labeled with size and condition*, and the owner emails an inventory and photographs ready to go, the commission is only 30%. We've received inventories at both extremes and everywhere in between.
The advantages of using the CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT is that I market the consignment lots through my eBay store in addition to presenting them to potential buyers, and I offer consignment lots to buyers before offering WATCH LIST lots whenever possible.
The disadvantage of using the CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT is that it may take a long time for a buyer to be found, and you won't have use of your lot's cash value until the uniforms or poms are sold.
**Condition criteria are established and are described in detail on our eBay store page How We Rate Cheer Uniform CONDITION.

WATCH LIST
I make note of exactly what you have and how much you are willing to sell it for. When I get a request that your lot would be able to fill, I contact you to verify they are still available, then act as matchmaker / negotiator between you and that potential buyer to arrange a sale. Payment is made to us, and is held in escrow until the buyer receives the uniforms and accepts them. (This protects the seller, as well. If the buyer decides not to accept the uniforms, I wait until the seller has the inventory back before I refund the buyer's payment, minus shipping costs (which are reimbursed to the seller), and a small processing fee. (This has never happened).
There is no charge to the owner for unsold items. For successful sales, a commission / fee of FIFTY PERCENT of the sale price is charged. Owners pay to ship items to me, buyers pay to ship from me to them. Direct shipment is not allowed.
The advantages of using the WATCH LIST are the owner/seller retains possession of the uniforms, the right to keep trying to find a buyer on your own, and sets the sale price. (Don't forget to allow for the consignment above that. Meaning, if you want $20 for each of your uniforms, we will have to present them to interested buyers at a price of $40 each.)
The disadvantage of using the WATCH LIST is it often takes a long time to match your lot to a buyer, and you have no use of the value of your uniforms until they sell. I have also had buyers lose interest because it took too long to get their questions answered in cases where the uniforms are in league storage with limited access, or where my contact person had to go back to a board for decisions on offers. The fee is also much higher for watch list items.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not list any preowned items on eBay that are not in my posession.
