| A:Shipping and handling within the United States is $3.00 or Free, depending on the individual listing. Priority mail and international delivery are also available. Additional information is available in each listing. |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping on all orders paid for in one consolidated payment. In order to pay for all of your items in one payment, please wait to pay until you've won all of the items you'd like to purchase. You can then send the total through PayPal or request a combined invoice. |
| Q:Are your DVDs new and factory sealed? |

| A:All of our listings for NEW DVDs are factory sealed. We do sell a small selection of previously viewed DVDs. These are clearly marked in the auction listing. We do not sell pirated copies or Asian prints. |
| Q:What is the cost for delivery confirmation and insurance? |

| A:Insurance is provided by Movie Magic USA on every order, meaning that there is no extra charge for insurance on top of the shipping and handling fee. If your item is lost or damaged, we will replace it. e-Delivery confirmation is included in the S&H cost. |
| Q:Do you ship overseas or to APO/FPO addresses? |

| A:Yes! We will gladly ship to international or military addresses. As a retired U.S. Marine, I consider it an honor to serve those who serve our nation. |

| A:Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of receiving cleared payment. Media mail takes 7-14 days to arrive, while Priority mail takes from 2-5 days to arrive. Holiday seasons can extend delivery times. |

| Q:What does Region 1 mean? |

| A:Region 1 means that the disc is formatted to play on DVD players manufactured in the United States and Canada. Region 1 discs will not work on players formatted for any other region. All of the DVDs we sell are Region 1. |
| Q:What is a Pre-Order? Can you ship my Pre-Order when it is released and my other movies now? |

| A:A Pre-Order is a DVD that has not been released. eBay allows us to put Pre-Orders on 30 days prior to the release of the DVD. We will ship the Pre-Ordered DVD, along with any other movies in the order, on the day it arrives in our store.
Pre-Orders can be shipped separately as long as separate shipping and handling is paid. |

| A:Yes, we will extend our guarantee to 30 days past Christmas. |
| Q:Can I get this shipped in time for Christmas? |

| A:To ensure that you receive it prior to Christmas, you may want to upgrade to Priority Mail as Media Mail takes from 7-14 days to arrive. With Priority Mail, you should order no later than December 17 in order to ensure delivery by Christmas. |
