 | A: We get over a hundred e-mails a day and it is almost impossible for us to answer them in a timely manner. If your question is urgent please give us a call at 801-208-5476. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST. Normally it will take us 2 days to answer your e-mail. |

 | A: We appreciate your offer and all offers are discussed even though we may not answer your e-mail directly. If we decided to accept your offer, we will will update the auction to include a Buy It Now option with the said agreed upon price. We will not sell a listed item off of eBay as we respect eBays policy on the matter. |

 | A: About 90% of all the images in our auctions are of the items themselves and should include all items included with the auction. If it is not pictured, there it is a good chance it is not included with the auction. It is best to e-mail or call us if you have questions about included items. |
 | Q: I have a problem with my item or I received the wrong item? |

 | A: It would be best if you called us. It could take us a few days to get your message. If you do have a problem please call us at 801-208-5476. We want to make you happy and will do what we can to solve your problem. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We do ship to Canada and Europe. Bidders in other countries may request to be allowed to bid on our items. They first must agree and understand, that we are not responsible for custom or fees. We will only ship an item through USPS and we can not guaranty a timely delivery. |
 | Q: Where do you get your items? |

 | A: We get our items from local overstock of stores, local auctions, and we help sale industrial items for other people who are local to us. |
 | Q: How long will it take to ship out my item? |

 | A: We try really hard to get every item out the same day payment is made (If before 2:00PM MST, next if after), but some times it can take us up to two days to get an item shipped. When we have e-mailed you your Delivery Confirmation #, or Tracking #, is when you know your item has been shipped. |
 | Q: It's been two days since I have paid and I still don't have an e-mail with a tracking #? |

 | A: First please check your spam folder. Also make sure your checking the e-mail account you have on file with eBay. If you had your item shipped USPS the tracking # might be available in your My eBay section under Won Items. If you still can't find the e-mail give us a call or e-mail us, we will re-send it. |
 | Q: Can I pick up this item locally and save on shipping? |

 | A: We do not have a store front, but we do have a warehouse. If you have won an auction and inform us that you are coming feel free to pick up your item. We will not charge you shipping or a pick up fee, but we do have to charge you Utah sales tax. Our warehouse address is stated on our eBay About Me page. |
