| The History Of The MicroDermabrasion Cloths ...And the bootleg sellers who love them All the other so-called MicroDermabrasion Cloth sellers merely bought a trademarked cloth from me on eBay, then started selling Industrial Grade cheapo microfibre with a xerox of my copyrighted instructions. FOR $12.95 Is it any wonder I consider their customers suckers and simpletons ? Hundreds of illegal bootleg sellers have been MAKING A BETTER LIVING THAN YOU OR I for almost 5 years. Now, it is at the point where I have lost my life savings, my car, my refrigerator, and this week my cable TV provider - DUE TO WHOLLY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES by the bottom-feeding bootleg cloth sellers. Add to that one of the sleaziest bootleggers claim: "It's your skin - Don't Ever Settle For Bargain Brands." This has pushed me too far. Time for some wake-up calls. COMPLETELY BULLCRAP CLAIMS BY THE OTHER SELLER: This Is THE Famous MicroDermabrasion Cloth That Took Europe By Storm This Is The Same Cloth We Sell To The Famous Spas Of Europe Our Waffle Weave Cloths Are The Best THE WHOLE TRUTH: This morally bankrupt Master Scammer purchased a cloth from me on August 22, 2003 through eBay auction number 2340536968 received it on on Aug 31, and left the following glowing feedback:PRAISE Quick and painless. Good seller - Aug. 31-03 11:10 Check it out in my feedback file Aug 31, 2003 (page 85 or 86 if you view 200 items per page. Then you'll see the bootlegger's OTHER seller ID - the one they to use BUY cheap, household microfibre kitchen cloths from household microfiber sellers for about a buck a piece. AND RE-SELL WITH AN ILLEGAL XEROX OF MY INSTRUCTIONS, and a 1200% mark-up !!! HELLO ? IS ANYBODY HOME ? This seller is OPENLY buying Industrial Grade junk rags on eBay, and re-selling them as MicroDermabrasion Cloths. I urge you to sift through my feedback and find the entry. You will see the seller, who was destined to be the King Of All Things MicroFibre, received return feedback from me, as well as return feedback from many other sellers of dollar microfibre rags. They have seller IDs like microfibre4u, and dreamcloth, . THE VERY NEXT DAY... after bidding on my trademarked cloth and copyrighted instructions, and oodles of common household cloths through other eBay sellers... THE VERY NEXT DAY ( August 23, 2003) They splashed onto eBay as a NEW seller. Right after receiving my cloth, they SUDDENLY launched hundreds of eBay featured auctions, selling ONLY the world-famous DermaDupe rip-off rag by the Best Bootlegger By Far- pulling the wool over your eyes and laughing all the way to the bank. And you people can't hit their Buy It Now button fast enough ! Is it any wonder I make fun of their naive bidders ? If you want to experience the sensation of rubbing an Industrial Grade Wal-Mart rag on your skin, please e-mail me and I will send you a copy of my instructions, and go down to Wal-mart yourself and buy a waffle-weave cloth for $1.49. YES, Your Face Will Show Improvement but only the first few times you use it. Just ask 3-M (The Scotch Tape Company) through their website. After all, 3-M holds the patent of Waffle-Weave microfibre. THEY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING WAFFLE-WEAVE MICROFIBRE for personal cleansing. Here's why: The first few times you use a waffle weave cloth on your skin....WOW ! Your skin will be better-exfoliated and cleaner. The Same Initial Results Can Be Seen By Using Sandpaper On Your Skin I'm not kidding about that. Visit your local hardware store, and read the back of the sandpaper package. Sandpaper is aluminum oxide. Clinical MicroDermabrasion utilises aluminum oxide. ALSO, INDUSTRIAL GRADE MICROFIBRE IS MUCH TOO ABRASIVE FOR YOUR SKIN. If you rub too hard or too long, you will break the skin and your face will SCAB UP. Even if you don't scratch your epidermis up with an Industrial bootleg cloth, it will only work for few times. After that, your skin builds up a tolerance to the overly harsh industrial "foreign material" attacking your skin. Once a tolerance develops, it's over. To clean skin which has been exposed to industrial grade microfibre, you need something even harsher. I'm afraid you'll find yourself back at the hardware store, asking yourself, "Should I buy 002 sandpaper, or 001 extra-fine sandpaper ?" My Trademarked Dermal Grade products WILL NOT SCRATCH OR SCAB YOUR SKIN EVER - even if you accidentally rub too hard. The Instructions I invented the REAL MicroDermabrasion Cloth and wrote the ORIGINAL brilliant instructions. While some bootleggers just zerox it, others are wary of U.S. copyright laws (but don't understand them) so they began changing them to skirt laws. If it's not broke, don't try and fix it ! Somewhere along the way, one of the illegal bootlegger changed the instructions to "Rub your face in a circular motion." That's ridiculous ! Unless you have rust growing on your skin. All other bootlegger followed suit I picture some guy in the Midwest, springing for a $12.95 bootleg, then ending up in the bathroom, standing on one leg, rubbing an industrial grade cloth in circular motions, while slowly reciting the ancient phrase. "Oh Whatta Jer Kiam" My Factory Yes, I do manufacture my Trademarked Dermal Grade products right here in Anaheim, California. It's a factory with about 6 stitching machines especially adapted for sewing Dermal Grade fabric, a few heat-sealing machines, and about 4 employees. If that's not manufacturing, I don't know what is. By the way, I am not a microfiber expert. But the guy who runs the Anaheim factory has been in the microfibre business for decades, and knows more about the applications and grades than anyone I have ever met. There are currently only THREE different grades of microfiber manufactured in the world. Dermal Grade My trademarked fabric. The only grade of microfibre registered with the U.S. Patent/Trademark Office recommended for use on human skin. And the only grade of microfibre I sell. Hospital Grade This type of microfibre is used for scrubbing floors and surfaces in specific medical conditions - i.e. to clean the inside of an isolation bubble, or wherever a super-clean, lint-free antimicrobal atmosphere is crucial. My Anaheim manufacturer used to be one of the biggest suppliers of Hospital Grade microfibre. In it's manufacture, an incredibly sterile setting is required. We use those same high standards when we handle Dermal Grade. The factory is always covered floor-to-ceiling in sheets of 4 mil. plastic. Industrial Grade Everything else. All the microfibre sold in Wal-mart, Kragen Auto, all the household rags imported from China and Korea. Every single one of the TENS OF THOUSANDS of phoney rags sold by the bootleggers. Like it or not, you are paying $12.95 for an INDUSTRIAL GRADE cloth - and let's not forget the shipping ! Why $12.95 ? Many of the illegal bootleggers have settled on $12.95 for the cheesy dollar-store Industrial Grade cloths. Why ? Because they are underhanded, ruthless and above all - GREEDY. I sell the real McCoy for as low as $5 in some of my promo auctions. Ebay bidders are not bidding on the $5 Original Trademarked Cloths. I also have an incredible PLUSH and luxurious 32" x 16" MicroDermabrasion gigantic cloths for $9.95, on eBay right now. Again no takers. All you silly folks want to do is pay $12.95 for a 12" microfiber car-detailing cloth. Here's why: Recently explained to me by one of the L.A.'s top marketting and packaging experts - SOME PEOPLE NAIVELY BELIEVE THAT IF YOU PAY MORE, YOU ARE GETTING A BETTER PRODUCT. If you're one of those people, please contact me immediatley. I have some really EXPENSIVE swampland in Florida that I'd like to sell you. But I'm sorry, I refuse to stoop to the lowest common eBay denominator. I have hundreds of thousands of loyal customers, and I will not charge them one penny more than I have to. The Perils Of Manufacturing 35 years ago my fabric-manufacturing Dad told me: In this day and age, you have to be crazy to manufacture a product in this country. It is even more true today. My manufacturer has pointed out that we spend a fortune piddling around with delivering fabric to the factory and other out-sources, picking up bags of finished goods, re-desiging products and replacing broken sewing needles that the wear and tear on out main truck is simply not worth the expense. We bust our backs to be able to provide impeccable workmanship in a $6 mini-sponge, to provide consumers with the best (and only) real MicroDermabrasion Cloth for $5 measly dollars. Your response: We'll pass, Stan. We'd rather throw our hard-earned money on a rag someone bought from the 99-Cent-Only Store for $1.07. Is it any wonder I have NO RESPECT for novice bidders who encourage copyright-infringement, and who would prefer to pay more than double for a product that's one-half as effective and TWICE as dangerous ? Bootleg Feedback Yes, the rip-off leeches who steal my ideas, trademarks, intellectual property and copyright, seem to have a better feedback rating than me. How can that be ? Easy. First they COSMETICALLY ALTER their feedback numbers. I,too, was impressed, until I looked through some of their feedback going back months. They get TONS of positives and neutrals complaining about how the same cloth is available in Wal-mart. But the best is the NEGATIVES they receive about what a rip-off their whole operation is. They have those mutually REMOVED. No red mark, and their feedback score rises - but the constant complaints are still there for all to see. Plus they use RECIPROCAL positive feedback from one seller account to the other - strictly ILLEGAL and grounds for dismissal from eBay. 99.9% positive feedback ? About as true as all the all the other bullcrap they claim. Do they care? Not on your life? They have outsmarted eBay at every turn. They are making a fortune. They have built up big empires and stores on eBay, all illegally on the back of my-hard-won trademarked MicroDermabrasion At Home system. And congratulations to the newest upstart, the Best Bootlegger By Far. Since August 23, 2003, the day AFTER THEY RECEIVED NY CLOTH AND INSTRUCTIONS, as well as a load of household microfibre from other eBay sellers, the Best Bootlegger has surpassed all the other illegal bootleggers by selling almost 7,000 bogus Industrial Grade towels for $12.95 apiece. And every single of the hundreds of other auctions they carry are ALL ILLEGAL copies of my trademarked products. They have NO OTHER auctions. They have no other reason for being on eBay, except to copy me with an inferior product at a higher price. Here's other stuff these lowlifes use to steal money from eBayers: Key Spamming Unable to understand the concept of having a conscience and morals, these do-anything-for-a-buck illegal sellers, do the unthinkable. They embed brand names in their auction titles. Like " Cloth is a PROACTIVE approach to skin care" and "Victoria's Skin Care Secret." Yes, Proactiv is spelled wrong - but do you think someone who pays $12.95 for an obvious fake is all that bright ? Again, completely against eBay rules and grounds for dismissal. Who cares ? They are making so much money, they just ignore legal letters from my lawyer outlining their unbelievably bold and shameless copyright infringement. Copyright Infringement The most blatant and illegal behavior ever. They see my success on eBay, have stolen my auction copy from the SAME auctions I have run since with 2001, WITH A CLEARLY MARKED COPYRIGHT 2001 THANKYOUSTAN - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. If that's not sleazy enough, the Best Bootlegger then slaps his own 2003-2005 Copyright on my COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL. You should have seen the look on my lawyer's face when he saw the ILLEGAL 2003-2005 copyright on material that he helped me copyright in 2001. That's beyond illegal - that's downright insane! What does that mean? I cannot use my own words and phrases without written permission from the Best Bootlegger? I guess so - foiled again, and learning a very important lesson about on-line commerce: CRIME PAYS I could go on and on, because every word in every one of their auctions is a big, fat, hairy lie. Every bootleg cloth they sell is Industrial Grade with an $12.95 PROFIT. (Your shipping and handling fees pay for the cloth, the shipping and the auctions). But their target audience, a fool and his money, isn't even reading this. They're too busy snapping up the dollar-store cloths to satisfy their need to overpay for shlock merchandise. And I did promise I would share some of the great information I learned in this business. Just remember that none of these sellers have any real product, they have never sold ANY cloth to a famous or not-so-famous spa, never heard of a MicroDermabrasion Cloth before my eBay auctions, know nothing about MicroDermabrasion or Microfiber. In fact, once they make their first HUNDRED THOUSAND off gullible bidders, they can afford to hire someone who knows how to write and spell. BUT, instead of re-writing my brilliant copy, they just DUMB IT DOWN for eBay. |
