"Shipping & Handling"
PLEASE NOTE:

The Shipping Cost is set at a flat rate
Please understand that the shippping & handling cost includes MORE the the cost of shipping
Delivery confirmation is included on all USA items
State Tax
If Shipping To The Following State:
Virginia: Add 5.0% Sales Tax
**I do combine items up to ten (10) days to save $$~~
Combining/ purchasing multiple (Store & Auction) item's:
If the invoice shows up incorrectly PLEASE wait/request an invoice reflecting correct total before making payment.
Shipping Discount:
To receive a shipping discount on multiple item's ONLY one payment will be accepted
*Shipping/Delivery:
**Beads & findings are generally shipped within two (2) business days (Monday-Friday) after payment has been cleared.
USA
All items under one (1) pound are shipped USPS first class mail. All items over one (1) pound are shipped USPS priority mail.
Shipping Rate
**Rates are set at a FLAT rate charge as listed below
***All "FREE" Shipping packages will be sent first class mail with NO delivery confirmation
First Class Mail:
First item: $2.49 (shipping & handling)
Multiple item/combined item ship: $0.20 each additional oz of weight
(ABOVE RATES FOR USA SHIPMENTS ONLY)
**Insurance optional.
**INSURANCE**
Insurance is optional~but, will NOT be responsible for items
LOST or DAMAGED~went on vacation....etc.~~
Insurance Cost:
For up to $50.00 of coverage $1.70
*for insurance pricing above $50.00 please ask for the actual cost
International
For International Shipping USPS first class international or international priority mail is used. The class of delivery will depend on the weight of all items are being shipped.
Insurance pricing (if available) will also depend on the country *Post policy. International insurance is only available on certain classes of mail (how package is sent)~

International first class mail:

First item: $2.99 (Shipping & Handling)
Multiple item/combind ship: $0.40 for each additional oz of weight
****Other international:
First item: $3.29 (shipping & handling)
For a general price quote on "Multiple item/combined items":
$0.90 for each additional (this is the actual USPS price rate/charge for each additional ounce/oz.)
****Please contact for a shipping total based on weight of additional items
**Please Note:
Some international places will not allow certain items (ie: Silver/Gemstones....) shipped into the country OR will only allow items to be sent in a certain class of mail~insured
**COMBINING EBAY AUCTIONS & STORE ITEMS**
I will gladly COMBINE all your winning items
(within a 10 day period & if you need some more time to shop? All you have to do is let me know..... )
However, we ask that you make ONE payment for ALL items.
For OTHER item's:

DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
I make every effort to ship your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions that I has no control over, which may cause delays.
Your order will be processed and shipped out to you generally within 2 business days (which is m-f) AFTER your payment has been confirmed, authorized or cleared.
* Orders are not processed on holidays or weekends.
***Delivery to some destinations may take longer than anticipated...... for international sometimes longer
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
USPS is the designated carrier
I do not work for USPS---I use & pay USPS as a service~which is very reliable & prompt~However, once the package leaves my hands...there is not much I can do....but, will do my best to help should a problem arise.

International:
Unless you purchase a certificate of mailing---there is no way to trace your package.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I want you to love your purchase. But, If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact me immediately for a return/exchage.
I will be more than happy to accept returns for *refunds or exchanges as long as the following guidelines are followed:
1) Merchandise is received in its original condition
2) Returns are shipped within 10 days of receipt
3) All returns must be packaged in the same manner they were originally shipped
Please be sure to include a note in your package with your wishes (return for refund or exchange, and if exchange, what items). I will do my best to accommodate your exchange wishes based on stock on hand at the time I receive your package.
*I do not credit for shipping charges either way--Unless I made the mistake....
EXCHANGING/RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL
To facilitate a smooth, hassle-free transaction when exchanging items, I ask that you follow these procedures:
An email would be the best & that you would like to Exchange/Refund your purchase. Make sure to include your name, the product name, quantity. You will find the necessary information on your the invoice proivided via Ebay. I will reply ASAP . If you have any questions, please email me at michelemarialefebvre@yahoo.com
Pack and Ship
Ship item(s) in a secure package (the original packaging if possible). The return package must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving them. Packages must be sent prepaid. I suggest that you insure the package.
*I am NOT be responsible for any lost exchanges.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Sadly-I'm not perfect & I do make mistakes---So, with that being said.....
At the time of listing item(s) are in stock. If for some unforeseen reason the product becomes unavailable (example: I forgot how to count....) you will be immediately notified. A FULL refund will be given OR you may choose another product or wait till item is available.
I Reserve The Right To Amend Any Or All Above Identified Provisions & Regulations.
