Return Policy: Returns are welcome within one week of receipt. We generally don't charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if we feel our return policy is being abused. Items that have been altered at the customer's request cannot be returned. Postage and insurance fees are not refundable.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, cashier's checks and money orders.
Sales Tax: We are obligated to collect 9.25% sales tax for shipments within Tennessee and 7.00% sales tax for shipments within Georgia.
Domestic Shipping, Insurance, and Handling: The shipping fee for this item is $7.50 via UPS Ground. Insurance is an additional 1% of the final selling price and is required due to the nature of the product. Overnight shipping is available on request for an additional $22.50 (total of $30.00). We will gladly combine multiple purchases and charge only one shipping fee if they are all checked out at the same time on the same MarketWorks invoice. (That is, there is only one $7.50 fee. 1% insurance must still be paid on the entire value of the package.)
International Bidders: For countries on the list below, we ship all international packages via Federal Express for a flat fee of $80.00 plus 1% of the final selling price for insurance (except Canada, which is $40.00 plus 1%). The winning bidder is responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in clearing customs in his or her country. We must declare the winning bid price as the value of the package and will not declare a lesser amount. We reserve the right to decline sales to international bidders with "questionable" feedback ratings...if you have made the effort to read this far, then you probably don't fall into the "questionable" category, but please inquire with us if you are in doubt.
Pre-approved countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. If your country does not appear on this list, please contact us before bidding.
