Easy Chocolate Protein Shake Recipe
Whey Protein Powder-Chocolate-(1 Scoop)
Skim Milk-8 oz. (1 cup)
Low fat vanilla ice cream -4 oz. (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: top with 1 tbsp low fat cool whip
Blend 1 scoop of Whey Protein, we prefer *Scifit Econo Whey Protein Powder Chocolate flavor with 8 oz. of skim milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Blend until powder is dissolved. Add 1/2 scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream and blend for about 1 minute. Top with low fat cool whip. For a variation of this recipe, add a tablespoon of your favorite creamy peanut butter, or mash 1 banana and add to the mix.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
12 oz. water
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (we prefer Scifit Econo Whey Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor)
