Returns Policy
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:
If not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it
for a refund or exchange. Exchanges only (no refunds) on Live Sound gear, DJ,
lighting and karaoke equipment. Items that cannot be returned: microphones,
clothing, ear plugs/phones, cassettes, videos, DVD's, soundcards and software.
Hard disk recorders that have been recorded to and electronic drums that have
been played and electronic drum sets are subject to a 7% restocking charge as
they cannot be sold as new. Electronic Wind Iinstruments such as the WX5 and
EWI4000s have a restock/sanitation fee of 15%.Customers must have their original
invoice. All packaging, manuals, warranty card, power supplies, cables, etc.
must be included and in new condition. Adjustments will be made for any damages.
All returns must be IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US NOT MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT. IF
WE DO ACCEPT THE RETURN AND IT DOES NOT MEET THE PACKAGING REQUIREMENT,THERE
WILL BE A MINIMUM RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 25%.
Customers must call customer service for a return authorization. Musiciansbuy.com will not accept packages without a return authorization. Contact custserv@musiciansbuy.com or call toll-free 1 877 778 7845. All shipping charges for returned items are the customer's responsibility (excludes shipping damage or faulty product from manufacturer) ALL packages must be opened and inspected for hidden damage and reported immediately or customer will be responsible for shipping damage not reported at that time.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 14 days for the payment to be refunded.
The Return Policy does not apply to copyrighted, printed or recorded material, software, items which cannot be sanitized (microphones, ...), special offers and special/custom orders.
