So, you may be need to wait long period to reply you!

If you are my old buyer and have some postal problem then I think I cannot help you in this period because all my postal information is in my home in HK and now I left HK and my home!

All postal problem, you can check your post office web site !

Because I gave all postal tracking number to you!

And all buyer must receive your package yourself and check your mail box!

And I don’t choose Return Policy and all buyer must take a risk to all postal loss and postal damage and postal return and I will not compensation any and refund any to you!

I am using Hong Kong Post Office and only offer two postal service – 1.air mail with registered item ( need 7-21 days to all country ) or 2.EMS ( need 4-14 days to all country)

I can give USA, UK, Canada post office to you and other country cannot check!

Using air mail with registered , normal need 7-21 days to all country!

And you can using tracking number to keep check it within 10-21 days!
