OUR POLICY ON
RETURNS/DEFECTIVE/LOST ITEMS
If you receive a defective product, contact us. We
will send out a replacement copy at no cost to you. Lost, stolen, or
damaged orders will be replaced at no cost, if you purchased shipping
insurance. Without shipping insurance, we do not take responsibility
for the item, once it is shipped. Most importantly, please give us a
chance to rectify mistakes before leaving negative feedback. We promise
to make good on any reasonable situation in which you are not satisfied.
