What is our feedback policy?
We leave feedback after feedback has been left for us. We are notified when feedback has been left for us and that is our way of knowing the sale has concluded and that you have received your item. We ask the Customer to CONTACT us prior to leaving feedback if they have a problem with our items or policies. We prefer to attempt to work out a solution before finalizing the ebay sale with feedback.

Do we offer Wholesale Opportunities? 
Yes, Earn $$$$ and start wholesaling our goods. Sell at festivals, markets or even eBay. We start our auctions at the wholesale price so happy bidding. For large wholesale orders Email Us.

I no longer want the garment I just won. Can I cancel this or exchange for another garment?
Unfortunately we are not set up for exchanging garments. If you would like to cancel an item, please Contact Us. before you pay for your order.

Do you offer shipping discounts on combined wins?
Yes, we combine shipping on Auctions & Buy-It-Now items ending within 7 Days of each other. We ship all paid for in one order to maximize shipping discounts.

If I complete checkout then win more items can I combine those items into the existing checkout order?
A. No, once you have checked out and paid for items that order is then packaged and then sent to shipping. If you win more items (within 7 days) after checking out then you will need to check out again. Please note that we allow bidders to combine 7 Days Max worth of items into ONE checkout bill.

How much do we charge per additional items won?
* US buyers pay only $2.95 each additional item purchased on the same invoice.
* International buyers pay only $4.95 each additional item purchased on the same invoice.

Where do I go to Checkout once I’ve won your items?
On  eBay item page that has been won is a section titled: Preferred Checkout. You click on the checkout button with the shopping cart image on it and this will take you to our Vendio store checkout. Using our stores vendio checkout will enable the fastest processing of your order.

I am Bidding on Multiple items and one has ended. Do I checkout and pay for that one item before the others have ended?
DO NOT CLICK TO CHECKOUT IF YOU ARE STILL SHOPPING.  WE ALLOW 7 DAYS TO COMBINE multiple wins. Refunds will not be given to those who fail to follow this checkout procedure.

I’ve tried to checkout but there is an error and I can’t get payment to you, what do I do now?
Try to checkout again later, sometimes links go down or our store checkout website may be experiencing technical difficulties. If you’re still unable to complete checkout after a few attempts, please [contact us] and we will send you a paypal invoice you can use to send payment to us.

CARING FOR GARMENTS:

What fabric are your garments made of?
Most of our garments are either Cotton or Rayon.

How do I care for my garments?
We recommend putting all garments through a gentle rinse cycle. Hand washing in cold water before wearing is preferred method. Even though items are pre-washed before they arrive, we feel it always important to rinse out the dyes and packing chemicals carried on  clothing after shipments.
Garments should be hung-dried if at all possible. They may be put in dryer, but set to tumble dry low heat setting to reduce future shrinkage. Ironing is allowed, be sure to set Iron to medium or Rayon-cotton setting.

Are Fabric color variations normal?
Yes, variations of color throughout some dyed garments are normal and are actually dyed to achieve this effect. They are not seconds or mistakes. Some garments are dyed using a natural dye process that can cause striations or slight variations of color throughout the garment.




PAYMENT POLICIES:

What type of payment do we accept from bidders within USA?
We accept Paypal (Preferred), Western Union online payments and money orders.
US buyers with excellent feedback can contact us to process their credit card/debit card orders over the phone. 

What types of payments do we accept from International Bidders?
If you are outside the USA we can ONLY accept paypal payments and International Money Orders as payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do You offer INSURANCE on your Items?
On items mailed within USA, Yes we offer Insurance.
Due to outrageous rates and paperwork, we DON’T offer insurance to International customers. If you mistakenly add insurance costs to your order, it will not be refunded. Sorry we will not mark as gift.

When is payment Due?
Please do not wait more than 7 days to checkout or send payment for any order. If feel you will not be able to pay for an item within 7 days of sales end, as this will result in your order being canceled, negative feedback possible ebay suspension.

Will paying by Money Order delay my item’s arrival?
Paying online does allow us to process delivery of items more quickly, but as long as you follow our payment policy on money orders you should get your item promptly.

What is our Money Order (snail mail) payment Policy?
When Mailing a Money order to us be sure to include:
Item Name
Item Number
Your ebay username
If you don’t include this information along with your payment, your item(s) shipment will be delayed!


What should you do if you forget to include your information along with your Money order payment to us?
Contact us Immediately by email, in the email subject line use “Money Order Payment Info for Item #”. inside the email include your name, address Item Name & Item # and that you forgot to include this info along with your money order.




SHIPPING POLICIES:

What is the average processing time before you ship my item?
We ship packages every day of the week but Sunday. On average once we receive cleared payments it takes us 2-3 days to get items mailed. But during busy times (holidays and seasonal sales) it may take us up to 5 days to process and ship your item.

How will I know when my item has been shipped?
After your payment to us has been received your item immediately goes  into the shipping process and is packaged and a shipping label is created for shipment. Paypal automatically sends you an email with your package’s shipping information; time label was created, the package’s ship date and the package’s Delivery confirmation tracking number.

I clicked on the Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number’s link and it hasn’t shown up in usps.com system yet. So did you mail it yet or not?
Delivery Confirmation Tracking Numbers are not actual step by step tracking, they allow us to have a record of when the item has been delivered to you. Sometimes the postal employees on the route are kind enough to scan the item when it leaves the shipping facility and at different shipping centers along the delivery route. And other times they only scan it when it arrives in your city’s shipping facility. (Note: It usually takes 24-48 hours for the scanned info to be updated into usps.com system.)

How long will it take the item to get to me after it has been mailed?
That is up to the mailperson. Priority mail in the USA normally takes an average of 2-5 days to reach it’s destination, factor in our shipping processing of 2-5 days and it can take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days to reach you. International Mail normally takes anywhere from 6 - 14 business days to reach it’s destination, factor in our shipping processing of 2-5 days and it can take anywhere from 8 days to 3 weeks to reach you.

Do You offer Express Shipping in case I need the item Quicker?
Yes, we offer Express Shipping. The customer MUST contact us by email with “EXPRESS SHIPPING” as email subject BEFORE sending payment. Preferably before the item’s auction / BIN has concluded.

What should the customer include inside email Requesting Express Shipping?
Include the item number(s) and the address you wish the item express shipped to.
We will then CONTACT you with the particulars (ie cost, time frame of when the item will leave our shipping department and when it should arrive to you).
We will send you a confirmation email stating we will be Express Shipping your item(s) along with a revised invoice reflecting the new Shipping Amount.
If we don’t send you a confirmation email stating we will be Express Shipping your item(s) along with a revised invoice something went wrong and please re-send request.

What if I haven’t received my package in a reasonable amount of time?
Please be patient, some postal routes are slower than others. If you feel the timeframe for your package’s arrival are outside the normal times, please contact us BEFORE posting feedback or filing a dispute. We will try to contact the post office to track the package’s whereabouts. Though it is rare, the post office has been known to lose packages.

What does a lost package mean? How can the post office lose my package?
A wrong address, torn/damaged shipping label, etc. The post office does actually Lose packages, or they find them undeliverable and in many of these cases the package’s contents are considered irretrievable and sold by the USPS at auction.

How can I help ensure a quick and easy shipment of my item?
Pay promptly. Make sure your address is up-to-date on ebay and paypal.  Purchase insurance (optional) to help protect your investment in your items. If lost, Insured items are the only ones we can file a claim with the USPS for cost of item. Uninsured Items are a loss all around in this case.

RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY:
 
Do you allow returns?
Our store does allow returns for store credit only. Buyer pays all shipping costs.

How do I Return an item to your store?
Mail the item back with the item number & the Letters SC written on outside of bag. Package MUST be postmarked within 7 days of you receiving the item or we will refused. Once we receive the item back we will email you the store credit instructions. Buyer (you) pays the shipping to return the item. Shipping will NOT be refunded.

What is a Store Credit?
When we have received & processed your returned item we will send you an email stating you have a Store Credit, all details on how to apply this store credit toward a future purchase will be contained within this email.

The Item doesn’t fit right. I want another size but you no longer carry this item in my size, what do I do?
We are sorry but our inventory is constantly changing. Please contact us by email, we might have more of that item and it hasn’t been listed yet or we may have a similar style or item in that style and size but a in a different color. We will attempt to make an even exchange and if that is not possible we will have you return the item to us and issue you a store credit good towards a future purchase.

I don’t think the item’s color matches the color shown on the auction page / I don’t like the color of the item.
Every computer monitor’s color scheme is different. We state the items color on the auction page and in the auction title. We attempt to describe the color of our garments with as many descriptive words as we can come up with to convey the variations of colors we carry. Please read the items description and go by that in addition to the picture.  If you are truly unhappy with the item, you can Return the item. Please follow our Return Policy guidelines and you will receive a store credit that can be used toward a future purchase in our store.


The item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Damaged items will only be exchanged for the exact size and color you purchased. Please note this is a posted policy and you are accepting the terms of the policy by bidding or buying the item.

Will you refund my money if I don’t wish to keep the item(s)?
No. We DON’T offer refunds. Store credit ONLY. We DON’T Refund Shipping.

How quickly will you return my email?
We try to answer every email in the order they are received. (With the exception of priority treatment given to emails requesting Express Shipping.) We answer emails everyday, throughout the day so rest assured we are giving prompt attention to your questions. Most emails are answered within 1-2 days, some within hours. It all depends on our email volume of that day
