Return / Replace Terms:
  Within 7 days after receiving your order, link-delight offers a No-hassle 7 days exchange (replace) if you goods are found to be defective by manufacturer. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:
 
• We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
• The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instruc
  tions manual etc.
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, but we will cover all expense of sending replacement.
• Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by our customer service) will not be accepted.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
• Link-delight does not have responsibility to response on item lost during returning.
• Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
  During all warranty time (see item description), LinkDelight offers Free repair for defective item (but we may charge the cost if some parts need replace).
 
 
Order Cancellation or Delay payment
  LinkDelight acknowledges that in some cases customers may unable to finish payment or have to delay payment due to some unpredictable reasons. Either Order cancellation or delay payment case, buyer must notify us within 7 days after won the auction. If buyer can't pay in 10 days and fail to inform link-delight in advance, we will consider it is a behaviors of evade payment and fail non-paying warning (payment reminding emails ahead) to you, of course we don't want to do this, but for the purpose of keep eBay market in ordered, we have to reserve rights to against naughty unpaid buyer.
 
 
Customs
  LinkDelight always try the best to help customers Legally Minimize import duties (or GST or V.A.T. or other Taxes). Most of items we sell are blow the entrance for charging import tax/duty according to the legislations of Australia, USA, Canada, European Union (may different at Italy and some North Euro countries) and many other countries. Hence in most cases, there is duty none payable. However, if any additional charges generated for customs clearance must be borne by customer.
