Should you be at all dissatisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused merchandise within 14 days of our shipment to you, less original shipping charges.
Please contact us should you desire to make a return or exchange before you send your items back so that we can provide you with the necessary details.
If insurance is purchased, we will of course, gladly exchange the item or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.

PAYMENT: PayPal is our preferred payment method, which can handle credit cards and electronic checks. Should you wish to pay by personal or company check or money order, those are also accepted. Orders paid by personal or company check will not ship until the checks clear.
SALES TAX: Because our business is located in Texas, shipments within Texas require us to collect sales tax. We do not collect sales tax for shipments to any other locations.
SHIPPING:We generally ship to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground. You also have an option to ship the items via U.S.P.S. Express or Priority Mail or FedEx or UPS 2nd day service for an additional charge. These are 1-2 day services based on your shipping location. If you have other specific needs, please contact us and we’ll be glad to assist you in receiving your product in your preferred time period.
COMBINED SHIPPING (US): We are happy to offer combined shipping with any other orders. For United States residents, the typical charge is 50% or less of the original shipping charge. If shipping for the item is listed as complimentary, we obviously will not charge you for shipping those glasses. We must adjust your invoice for these changes to take effect. If you are shipping multiple items, kindly wait for that invoice before remitting payment.
SPECIAL NOTE TO RESIDENTS OF ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES: We do ship to these locales via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, however, the eBay system prices your order based on UPS Ground’s rate chart (and won’t price anything for APO/FPO addresses). Kindly ask us to reprice your shipping, as it will be significantly lower. Be advised that after Thanksgiving, the post office will not be as reliable as normal and there may be a significant delay in your delivery time.
SPECIAL NOTE TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS: As the holidays draw near, the United States Post Office becomes bogged down and you can experience significant delays. If you order after November 27, your Airmail Parcel Post or Priority Mail orders may not arrive in time for the holidays. It is advised that you choose either USPS Global Express Mail or UPS Standard to Canada after that date. Canadian customers, be advised that should you choose UPS as your carrier, significant fees, in addition to your customary duties and any GST and PGST charges, if applicable, will apply.
