We ship worldwide.
Can I choose other shipping service like UPS or others?
Yes, please contact me to find out the best possible cost.
Does the insurance include in the shipping fee?
No, we don’t provide for normal shipping method. However, it is included free if you request us to ship your parcel with EMS. Please contact us for the shipping fee and we will help you to help the best possible shipping fee by Post Office.
Does the Confirmation Signature include in the shipping fee?
All parcels we send out required signature to sign up from recipients. We put the recipient’s name on the parcel according to received Paypal invoice. Please make sure the recipient name and address are correct.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
It usually takes about 4 to 6 business days to Asia, 8 to 10 business days to America and Europe, and 10 to 13 days to other countries.
My parcel has not arrived yet?
If the parcel has not arrived for three weeks, please contact us info@jonhobby.com and provide us with auction number and your eBay ID.
Can I know the parcel shipping’s status?
Yes, please contact me to get to know the status. We are currently working on a web to provide you the information about the shipping status. Hopefully, you will able to track shipment’s status online in this July.
