Most of the items I sell are new or very close to it. I would never sell something that I wouldn't dress my own children in. All items come from a smoke-free home.
In an on-going effort to be one of your favorite stores on eBay I add new merchandise often. We specialize in complete outfits, but do carry separates as well.
I stay in contact with you from the moment of your purchase to the receipt of your package. I will let you know when payment is received and e-mail you when your package is shipped, including your delivery confirmation or tracking number (for US). If there is a problem with your item, please contact me right away so that I can make it right! Our transaction is not finished until I know that YOU are happy!

*Ebay doesn't fully explain the DSR (detailed star ratings). This new policy affects small volume sellers like me the most. Anything less than 5 stars can be detrimental to a seller as it can cause us to pay higher fees. Although the captions for 4 stars are "Accurate, Satisfied, Quickly, and Reasonable," we are actually penalized for receiving 4 stars. This is probably the most confusing part of eBay's feedback policy. My hope is that throughout the transaction my goal is clear: a 5-star experience for every customer. If there are any problems, I am only an email away!. Remember when leaving feedback that my shipping time is disclosed in each listing. Check the postmark of your item as a basis, as the post office can cause delays in shipping.*
PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. I only ship to the address that you have on file with PayPal.
Payment is appreciated within three days. If there is a delay, please let me know. Communication goes a long way. I are easy to work with and understand things do come up.

I charge actual the actual shipping cost. I do not use a drop ship company and package everything myself to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition. I ship via USPS or UPS to save you money. I ship at least every three days and often times daily, Monday through Friday. US packages sent with free delivery confirmation. International customers please note that due to USPS regulations I will not mark your item as a 'gift'. You are responsible for all duties and/or customs imposed by your country.
Combined shipping:
I love to combine shipping and will do so for items you purchase/win within a 7 day period. If you receive an invoice from me and you are still shopping, please just let me know. Payment for combined shipping must be placed at one time. I also have Shipping Specials that vary throughout the year.
Insurance is available at USPS or UPS rates. Please mark that option when you check out if you desire insurance. Once items are in receipt by the US Postal Service or UPS no refunds will be given for lost or damaged packages. Insurance is required for all overseas shipments. This amount is included in your shipping charges. If you are from Canada and do not want insurance, we will promptly refund your money for that portion of your shipping charges.
