PRIZE WINNING/CONTEST:
The Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all opted in emails correctly completed and received in good order. Selection will take place on or before the 25 th of each Month from all entries received. Odds of winning the any prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries/opted in emails received.
NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION
The Contest Organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify the Prize/Contest winner by email within fourteen (7) days following the applicable draw date. If, for any reason, it is not possible to contact the winning entrant, despite customary diligent efforts, the Contest Organizers' reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and select another entrant in their place.
Prize components must be accepted as described; substitutions by winners will not be allowed. The Contest Organizers retain the right to replace any prize with a different prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Contest Organizer's control. If for any reason in the opinion of the Contest Organizers, at its sole discretion, the contest is - not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control, the Contest Organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

By participating in this contest, entrants agree that:
* If their name is chosen as the prize/contest winner, their first name ONLY, may be used for publicity purposes without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by the Contest Organizers in connection with this or any similar contest.
* All decisions made with respect to the contest will be final.
* They will be bound by the rules of the contest and release all parties associated with this contest from any liability with respect to any prize.
* They have read and accepted the Rules & Regulations of this contest, which shall be final and legally binding, in all matters relating to this contest.
* This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
* If prize is a domain name the winner must use supplied link to purchase so called domain name, there after and once receipt of purchase is obtained
by winner a refund in the full amount of purchase price ( not to exceed prize amount) will be refunded.
* Must be a News Letter Subscriber

The 6 Month's free Hosting must be applied within 14 days after last domain purchase. No hosting will be giving to any domain name that exceeds 14 days of purchase and/or payment date.
Free Hosting must take place at intimehosting.com and will be the standard hosting/sharing account.
Hosting will be free for 6 months. After which time standard hosting prices will accrue, and billing will be applied. Monthly cost varies and client/customer has the option of choosing a different hosting plan once 6 months has expired.
