Payment Information

 

            The auction is over, what do I do next?

At the end of the auction, if you are done purchasing, simply click on the PAY NOW button located on the top of the auction page. Make sure to be logged in otherwise the button will not be available for you. At that point you will have the option to choose to pay through: PayPal.  You may also send money directly through Pay Pal to: intgift@yahoo.com. If you are still purchasing, you will receive an invoice after each item you have purchased. Once you are done purchasing, simply click on the Pay now button on your invoice.

 

When is my payment expected?

            We expect receive your payment within 7 days for electronic payment. On the 8th day if the payment is not received our system automatically files a Non-payee form with EBay. The item also may no longer be available for you.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

Payment via PayPal Only.

Paypal does not charge any fees for buying an item through your buyer's account.

Your item will be shipped within 24 up to 48 business hours upon receipt of your payment to your CONFIRMED Pay Pal. Shipments are normally delivered within 7 to 14 business days.

What is your return & refund policy?

We proudly stand behind the high quality standard of our items, however you satisfaction is very important to us, so if you may not feel fully satisfied our policy are as follows:

 

Refunds:

§         We will gladly refund non-used w/ tag attached items. Items should also be on the original plastic and be smoke smell free. You must contact our customer service by e-mail at intgift@yahoo.com 7 days of receipt item and request a return code within 3 days upon receipt of the item. We will refund you the high bid price paid less shipping & handling charges, less 25% restocking fee, upon receipt of the item. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us.

 

When will you leave me a feedback?

Feedback is posted once the transaction is completed. In other words, once you have received your item and left us a positive feedback. If you have any problems with your item, or if you do not feel fully satisfied, please read our Refund policy and we encourage you to contact us. Because we have a very open and fair policy we do not see a reason for a negative feedback. IF you can not wait for your e-mail to be answered (it may take 48 business hours), please e-mails us at intgift@yahoo.com. If you may decide to leave us a negative feedback we will no longer proceed on your case. Our final policy is: feedback is mutually exchanged.
