| | | Frequently Asked Questions | | | Q:What is your return policy? | | | A:We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing, as returns are not accepted. | | Q:Do you combine shipping? | | | A:Shipping will be combined on multiple items purchased within 7 days with ONE payment [PayPal charges an extra transaction fee for each payment]. Please request a combined invoice, before sending payment, to make sure the shipping amount is correct. | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:I ship daily, Monday through Saturday (excluding postal holidays), and do my best to ship all orders within one business day of receipt of payment.
NOTE: Feedback should only be based on the time it took to package the item and get it to the Post Office, because I have no control over the delivery time beyond that point. | | Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A:I do not inflate shipping charges- actual shipping costs include not only the cost of postage, but also packaging supplies (labels for each cut of fabric; conservation-quality tissue; tear-resistant, waterproof envelopes; bubble-wrap; plastic bags for floss, etc. The best shipping value is a Flat-Rate Priority envelope [holds 12 units of fabric]. | | Q:Do you ship internationally? | | | A:I will ship to all countries that permit PayPal payments and have no importation restrictions on the items being purchased. | | Q:Do you "custom cut" your fabrics? | | | A:My fabrics are priced by "stitcher's eighths", that is, 18 inches x 1/4 the width of the fabric. Most linens are 55" wide; Aida is 43 or 51" wide. Buyers who need a larger piece may buy multiple units of fabric, which I ship uncut. I'll gladly special-order fabrics, if you need more than I currently have on hand, or a color that's not listed yet. |
