A combined invoice with shipping discount will be sent out every Friday evening to all the buyers.

Insurance is optional, but recommended for large purchases. We are not responsible for uninsured items. Items lost or damaged in the mail will be not replaced or refunded.
Shipping will be done Monday – Friday. Shipping and handling costs are $3 within the USA for the first item, $0.50 for each additional item. Canada S/H is $3.50 for the first item, $0.50 for each additional item. International shipping and handling costs are $6 for the first item $.50 for each additional item.
Multiple purchases (auction and BIN priced items) can be combined during a seven day period, both domestic and international. Please send me an email for a combined invoice when you are finished shopping, so I can give you the shipping discount and send you the final invoice.
Return and replacement policy:
You may return any item purchased within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the product. If possible, please include a note with the auction number and your eBay ID. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it for a similar item if you wish.
Most of the items we sell are hand made in Nepal and are not mass produced. Occasionally, we find defects when packaging items for shipment. In this case we are unable to fulfill the order and will request the buyer to e-mail us for a replacement or a refund.
Unpaid items:
It will be reported to ebay after 30 days if the items are not paid.
