About Me:
After a long hiatus from selling I am back to sell many
of the items that I have stored over the years. I am a previous long term power
seller and self professed semi-expert in the field of lunchboxes and
replacements part. I also have a very
useful review page that many people find helpful when searching for and purchasing
lunchboxes, thermoses, replacement parts and many other collectibles on eBay.I am a young mother to 7 children
and I love this hobby. I have a daughter with a terminal illness, and last year
I suffered a massive heart attack after a lengthy illness. I am feeling better
and ready to get my products back out to the masses. Over the past year I
received MANY emails asking for my items.

SALES AND DISCOUNTS
I frequently offer shipping
discounts, including free shipping, and sales on my items. I will work with my
customers to ensure that they are still receiving quality items at a reasonable
price. I also will consider best offers. However, please remember this is a
business for me, and I need the money, if you look at anyone elses stores or
items... I am the lowest already. I will not accept unreasonable offers or be
ripped off. Please consider looking at my ME page or my Family Photo page to

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
I pride myself at being a fair and honest seller. I try very hard to represent
my items clearly and accurately. I am not a professional collector of these
items. Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding/buying. For the
most part I am selling used items. I will gladly send more information
including photos. I will only accept returns on items that I have grossly
misrepresented.
FEEDBACK:
I will leave feedback when you do. I want to make sure that your experience
with me as a seller was a positive one. Please don’t jump the gun and leave
negative feedback without trying to contact me and resolve any issues first.
Some people out here are not very nice, and I have met a few of them.
If some times passes and I have not received feedback and usually will send you
an email making sure you were happy with your purchase and my service.
OFFERS:
I always consider reasonable
offers on my items. I offer very reasonable list prices based on condition and
rarity. I also research what similar items are selling for. I try very hard to
make my prices reasonable for the buyer. Therefore DO NOTWASTE MY
TIME with UNREASONABLE offers. If I have an item listed for $100 and you
offer me $20 I more than likely won't even take the time to respond to you.
(Trust me I get this a lot).
RESEARCH:
I spend a lot of time
researching the items that I sell. I am very knowledgeable of most all my
items. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to email me.
If you have an item that you are curious to obtain more information on, feel
free to contact me and I will give you what information I can.
EMAIL QUESTIONS:
I do my very best to respond to
all questions. I get sometimes hundreds per day and it may take time for me to
get to yours. I also may not get to several in the email shuffle. If I do not
respond within 48 hours, please feel free to email me again.
Payments are due within 7 days of invoice, I reserve the right to re-list items and leave appropriate feedback for non-paying bidders. If no arrangements have been made for a delayed payment I reserve the right to re-list any item on the 8th day on non-payment.
I accept PayPal ONLY.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
I will only accept paypal in U.S. Funds only. Any other form will be returned to you.
LATE PAYMENTS:
I always understand when an unforeseen problem has occurred and payment is delayed, however, I must know that payment is delayed or I WILL RELIST THE ITEM AND FOLLOW EBAYS NON-PAYING BIDDER POLICY to get back the money I am loosing with a non-sale.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS FOR COMBINED SHIPPING:
I do offer a shipping discount to items won, paid for together and shipped to same address at the same time Please let me know if you are planning on bidding on more than one auction.
When buying more than one item please wait for an invoice for shipping costs, as the calculator does not always calculate multiple items shipping correctly. Please read the entire invoice as I will state clearly what the shipping costs are in case the calculator does not adjust.
INSURANCE
Insurance is optional, for domestic shipping, and is highly recommended. I am not responsible for uninsured items once I ship them. All my packages are sent with delivery confirmation and that is not a charge to the buyer. I do not offer insurance currently on international items.
I ship all my items using Paypal shipping. This way you can track your item from the auction listing. Therefore I only use the shipping methods allowed by paypal.
USPS Domestic: Priority, Parcel, Media, First Class, Express USPS International: Global Priority, Global Express, Ground.
I have included a shipping calculator based on weight of item. However, some items such as lunchboxes will now be shipping using a flat rate box.
I do not charge any additional packaging fees. I do however re-use all the packaging that I can in order to save me a buck and not pass that loss onto the buyer.
Priority Mail is a flat rate for items 1lb or less ($4.60). It is based in 1lb or less, 1-2lb, 2-3lbs, etc.
Parcel Post does the same calculation.
I CHARGE EXACT SHIPPING, these are USPS rates, not mine. Parcel Post does not include delivery confirmation.
Anything under 1 lb that is not fragile I give the option to send 1st class which can drastically save on shipping. I do add weight to the item to ensure enough packaging material to not damage the item.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Domestic Shipping on Lunchboxes and several other items is now a flat rate of $9.00 for priority and $7.00 for parcel post, $20.00 for Express. If a flat rate is not listed, please refer to the shipping calculator provided on all my items at exact cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I have included a shipping calculator to determine the actual shipping costs associated with items. I offer Priority, Express and Standard (to Canada Only)
TARRIFF / IMPORT FEES:
I am not responsible for any fees that any government places on items shipped from me. Please consider these extra costs when placing your order. Since my items as used and my personal items I do consider them a gift and will mark them as such.
I arrange for USPS carrier pick up for all my items.
