What is the condition of the game?
All of our games are in good, working order. They have been verified to be working
at our offices and we stand behind our claim that you will receive your game in working order.

Is this game new or used? Is it a copy?
All of our games are used unless otherwise noted in the auction. These are all original games
and none are copies.

Is that the game in the photo?
Our photos are stock photos and not the actual game. The photo is simply for visual reference
of what the game actually is.

Does a manual come with it?
To keep costs down and speed up the response time for our orders we have begun lumping our
non-manual, and manual games together. The majority of our orders do come with
a manual. Although, please note that we cannot guarantee that it will. (Note! You may request
to receive an instruction manual at the end of the auction and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please add a note in your payment saying you would like one.)

What format is this? NTSC or PAL?
All of our games are in NTSC format unless otherwise stated in our auctions. This means that
our games will work on systems that were manufactured for use in North America and Japan.
No refunds will be given to customers that accidentally order a PAL game.

What does CART stand for?
Cartridge stands for CARTridge only. It means that it will only come with the cartridge
and no box, manual, or case. You will see this term on many of our Nintendo 64, Super
Nintendo, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and Game Boy auctions or store items.

How can I pay you?
We prefer PayPal for our U.S. residential customers, but are also happy to accept money orders (best

How do I combine shipping?
We do not charge for shippng of any order, Shipping is always free.

How do you ship games?
We ship games via the United States Postal Service for most all auctions. For some special and larger
games or orders, we may ship your games via UPS. (Note! We will not ship outside of the U.S., except to Puerto Rico and APO's)

How long does it take to receive my games?
Depending on when payment is processed (keep in mind that we are closed weekends and most holidays) it
will take on average 1 to 3 business days to gather and ship your order. From that point on, it is in the capable hands of either the
United States Post Office or the United Parcel Service (UPS) and should take 3 to 10 business days to receive it.

Can I change the address the game ships to?
If you send a note with your payment stating you would like the game to be shipped elsewhere, we can
ship it to that address. Please note that we cannot change the address after payment is received. We cannot, Under any circumstances change an address that has been given to us by PayPal. If you wish to change your shipping address and pay with PayPal, you must do it before making payment.

I have not received my game!
If you have not received your game and we've send you an "Item Shipped" email, please be patient. Your order
is in the capable hands of either the United States Postal Service or UPS.

We make every attempt to quickly ship out your order, leave feedback, and answer your questions in a timely
manner. Should you be having a problem with your order, before leaving feedback, please make sure you email
us with your question(s) or problem(s) and give us 24-48 hours to respond. We can amicably and satisfactorily
take care of nearly every single issue you are having. We are a bunch of long time, die hard gamers that want
nothing more than for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

GoGamersCom is proud to boast a positive feedback rating well over 95% (currently hovering around 98.5%).
Check out any business that mentions % of satisfied customers and we rank higher than most (probably all
of them). We're not talking about just a few happy people, we're talking about nearly 50,000 satisfied customers.
Now, unfortunately we do have some customers who have left us negative feedback for any number of reasons.
Even the best shipping companies in the world cannot claim a 100% perfect delivery rate without losing
any packages. We do occasionally have computer related issues (software crashes, network issues,
viruses - try getting close to 500 emails a day and not getting an occasional virus!). Email spam filters
(really hate those spammers that mde these nessecary) are constantly blocking our responses to customer
questions. There are also a small percentage of people who are just looking to cause trouble (Wendy's
finger in the chili lady! Crossing our fingers we never sell to that lady... even though the complaint might
be interesting). And lastly, we do make mistakes, we do our best to minimize these as we are a bunch of
gamers ourselves and understand the pain of waiting for a game or the frustration felt upon getting an
incorrect or damaged game. We constantly try to evaluate and change the way we do business in a
continual effort to make it more efficient, mistake free, and hopefully one day a 100% positive eBay
experience for every single one of our customers.

Why haven't you responded?
Chances are we have. We make every effort to reply to every single email we receive (Which is on average about
300-500 emails a day). If your email was sent shortly ago, please be patient as we do have quite a bit of emails to
respond to (Keep in mind we're closed on weekends). However, if your email was more than a day ago, please first
check your spam filters in your email service as it is possible that are email is being flagged as spam. To fix this,
simply add gogamerscom@gmail.com to your address or friends book.

NR is to signify that the auction you are viewing has no reserve. This means that the auction can be won with
simply one bid.
