I accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks or cash (local pickup). Shipping on orders paid by checks and money orders are held for 10 business days for payment to clear. Do NOT send cash thru the mail. Mail payment to:

International orders must be paid with Paypal.
Orders being picked up must be paid with cash. There is no handling fee. Make sure you confirm a date and time for the pickup. |
Shipping: |
I try to ship orders at the lowest possible cost. I sell items with a variety of shapes and sizes. It is difficult to predict what combination of items and quantities a customer may purchase. So I use the following method.
- Each item is weighed and the weight value is rounded up to account for the probably packaging that will be used.
- Each item is also assigned a handling fee (typical between $0.50 and $3.00).
- The weights and handling fees are stored in a database.
- When a customer places an order I use the database to calculate the total weight of the order. Using the total weight and the customer’s ZIP code I find the postage amount.
- The handling fee for the order is calculated by finding the highest value in the database for the items ordered. There is only one handling fee per order (not one per item). So if a customer buys 10 different items with 4 of the items having a $1 handling fee assigned in the database and 6 with a $2 handling fee then the handling fee for the entire order is only $2.
- I don’t know the actual cost of the packaging and postage until I actual ship the order. If the difference between the actual costs and the shipping quote is more than $1 in favor of the customer I automatically issue a Paypal refund on the difference. This can sometimes happen if I’m able to ship with a Priority Mail Flat Rate package. If the actual cost is more than the shipping quote then it’s my loss.
I will send an email to your eBay or Paypal registered email address after I actually deliver your package to the Post Office. If you have spam blocking software you might not get this email.
Payments received before 8 AM CST usually have orders shipped the same day. |
Returns: |

You have SEVEN DAYS to return an item for ANY reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Provided that the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent (items sealed in the original manufacturer’s packaging must be unopened). The return period starts when you receive the item then you have 7 days to send an email stating your intent to return the item.
You may return an item for any reason but if your reason for returning an item is because the item is NOT as it was described in the eBay listing then I will also refund the shipping costs (both ways).
Sometimes I list items AS-IS. These are items with known problems, missing parts or untested. The known defects will be stated in the listing. But there may be other unknown defects as well. These items may NOT be returned so bid accordingly. These auction will also be clearly marked as NO RETURNS |
