Returns are very rare, as we provide multiple photos and written descriptions for our listings, and we encourage customers to ask questions before buying!! We prefer to address all questions and concerns before an item is sold…tell us what you need, what your concerns might be, and if we don’t think a piece is a good “fit” for our customer, we’ll let you know!! 

 

If you need to return an item, we must be notified of your intention to return within 24 hours of receipt, and the item must be received back in the same condition as originally shipped.  Upon receipt of the item in same condition, we will immediately refund your total amount paid, less our actual original packaging and shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

 

Note that we often offer discounted shipping in our listings and the amount buyer will be responsible for is the actual shipping that we paid, as well as the proper shipping and insurance cost to return the item.
