RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.
You will have up to 15 days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for any opened items. Remember to include a copy of your payment transaction in the package.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Items that cannot be returned include:
1. Electronic product, for example, CD changers, Fog lights.
2. Special order product.
3. Items not in their original packaging and in new condition, or parts that have been installed are not returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund on broken or damaged package.
REFUND METHOD
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at our business location. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
1. Paypal refund will be credited back to your paypal account, please check your email address which registered with paypal for refund details.
2. Money order or Cashiler’s check refund will be sent by our company check, please allow 5-7 business days to receive the check.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
