Shipping Methods

1. Domestic Customers:
- We ship within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
- We use UPS or USPS. Available services will be mentioned in the listing of each item.
- Tracking numbers will be email to you within 12 hours after shipment.
- We request signature on all items. If you can not sign for any reason, please do not buy.
2. International Customers:
- All Products are shipped within 48 hrs after payment is cleared .
- We use 5 to 7 days Standard Shipping with signature request only. ( no exceptions )
- We do not know about each country's VAT regualtions; you will have to find out for yourself
- We claim total value on our goods; you can choose to under-value your item at your own risk. All under-valued items are to be paid by Money Order or Check in US Dollar currency.
4. Shipping to a different address:
- You can choose to ship to an address different from yours. However, we only accept Money Order or Western Union methods of payment. Contact us for payment details.

| Return Policy |
 We at GOODEALS4USA strive to provide the most detailed discription with pictures for two reasons:
- You ( our customer ) know in advance what you are getting if you purchase.
- Avoid returns because simply we loose money doing that .There is no significant profit margin and avoiding returns is the only way we can afford low prices on our products !
Refund for Buyer's Remorse or Change of Mind ! For the reasons mentioned above, we can NOT issue money refund because of buyer's remorse.
Defective Product Returns:
- Defective product MUST be returned freight PREPAID within 15 days of sale.
- Return Authorization Number must be printed clearly on outside carton.
- Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to you.
- If you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it at no extra cost of shipping to you.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse or consumer abuse are NOT eligible for return.
- Refused items for any reason will be charged all shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.
To facilitate the return process, please follow theses steps:
- At the moment you decide to return your item, please pack it back in its original packaging and do not forget to include all accessories that came with it.
- We prefer that you email us at goodealsforusa@yahoo.com so that we have a documented proof of you inquiry. Tell us briefly what is the problem and include: the date and number of transaction, your eBay id (if you bought off our eBay store), your email address, your phone number and your name.
- It is important that you include all info requested above so we can issue you a Return Authoriszation Number (RAN) which will be emaild to you. We will also include the return address.
- Print Clearly your name and address on the box and Print Visibally the RAN. The return will not get processed without the RAN shown on the outside of the box.
