Payment & Checkout

• Checkout & Combined Shipments: All customers must use our secure checkout system for fast shipment. This sends orders directly to our shipping room with no waiting for someone to manually enter them. You must checkout AFTER you are all done shopping to take advantage of combined shipping savings. All of your items need to be in one shopping cart and paid for at the same time so that we know to ship them together and you get the resultant savings.
• We use an eBay approved shopping cart system, so eBay's checkout button will automatically relay you to our secure system. You may also use the checkout link that we send in our confirmation e-mail after the auction ends.
• Our online checkout system offers your choice of payment (PayPal, Check, Money Order, Etc.) and shipping methods (Ground, 2nd Day, Overnight, etc). Our system will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail when payment is received.
• Order Changes: We will be happy to help you with adding or changing items on your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to add to or change your order after it has been paid for - so please e-mail us before you pay if you need to make changes.
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Business Checks. We reserve the right to hold any form of payment until the funds are fully cleared to our account. In general, clearing times are as follows:
  • PayPal - immediate clearing
  • PayPal e-check - 3 days (typically when money has to be drawn from your bank account and you have no credit card number on file with PayPal)
  • Checks - up to 10 days depending on origin
• Payment addresses: check and money order payments can be sent to the address below. Please be sure to go through our checkout system and select check as your payment method so that we will know to expect your payment in the mail - that way you will not receive a payment reminder from us. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us on the day that we receive your check or money order.

Shipping:

Shipping Times: Most orders will ship one business day after your payment clears; approximate transit times are shown on the map at right. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. We will send out a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number on the afternoon that your order ships. If you need something sent Overnight or 2nd Day Air and need it to leave the same day, send us an e-mail after you have made payment to call our attention to the payment. Carriers: UPS Ground is our standard shipping method to the 48 contiguous states and Canada; items under 1 pound may be shipped USPS. For those requiring faster shipping, our online checkout system offers multiple options.(Ground, 2nd Day Air, Overnight, etc.) Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and that some items may not be allowed in air shipments because of their size or material; we will try to mention this in the description when possible. • Combined Shipping Rates: If you are buying more than one item and your delivery address is in the 48 contiguous United States, your shipping is determined as follows: take the single highest base shipping amount amongst the items that you are ordering and add to it the "Additional Shipping" amount for each of the other items. If you are ordering more than one of a single item - you would multiply the additional shipping by the number of additional units that you are ordering. If your shipping is different than what you expected, please contact us. We are happy to cancel a transaction if the shipping is not what you expected. An example follows:

Canadian Shipments

• Canadian shipments are sent UPS Ground using our special non-resident import status.
• Canadian UPS shipping rates that we charge are a delivered rate with all taxes and duties pre-paid. You will not be charged GST, PST, customs, duties, or brokerage charges upon delivery for items delivered by UPS from us - we guarantee it. Typical UPS shipments to Canada arrive sooner and at a lower cost than USPS shipments when you factor in the duty and taxes charged upon delivery. Many customers worry that they will be charged a brokerage fee upon delivery because of experiences with previous shippers. This does not happen with our shipments because we have a special Canadian importation arrangement that is not available to most sellers because of the large amount of cross border shipping that we do - it enables us to get your package to you faster and cheaper than most other methods. • If you reside in Canada and would like us to ship to a U.S location or if you have your own customs broker, be sure to e-mail us before you make payment so that we can be sure that your order is properly prepared.
• There are certain times where US Postal Service shipment makes more sense - for light (under 1 pound) and low value (under $20) shipments. In these cases we will be happy to arrange shipping through the US Postal Service- just e-mail us before paying and we will change your order accordingly. Please make sure to ask for the change before you pay; we cannot stop/change orders once they have been paid for. Remember that you may owe customs fees or taxes upon delivery when the US Postal Service is used - we will not falsify the customs forms to avoid these fees.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Protectorate Shipments

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Protectorates (Guam, American Samoa, U.S Virgin Islands, Etc): Shipping charge will be actual cost of U.S. Postal Service plus $1 (see weight in description). E-mail us if you would like a quote before bidding.
• Please understand that we may not be able to ship certain items to your location via the U.S. Postal Service because of restrictions on size, weight or contents. In this event, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money. If you are thinking of buying a large or heavy item, please check with us prior to bidding and we will be happy to make sure that we can ship it to your location.

APO/FPO Shipments

• Shipments to FPO/APO addresses will ship U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post or Priority Mail . Shipping costs will be USPS rate plus $1 (see weight in description). E-mail us if you would like a quote before bidding.
• Please understand that we may not be able to ship certain items to your location via the U.S. Postal Service because of restrictions on size, weight or contents. In this event, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money. If you are thinking of buying a large or heavy item, please check with us prior to bidding and we will be happy to make sure that we can ship it to your location.

International Shipments (Excluding Canada)

• We are pleased to ship items around the world (size and weight permitting). Shipping costs will be US Postal Service rate plus $1 (see weight in description). E-mail us to get a quote before bidding.
• Delivery times vary greatly because of customs inspection, regardless of the shipping method chosen. While some Air Mail shipments may arrive in less then a week, there is the possibility of 4-6 week delivery times in the event that your package has been chosen for inspection. Please understand that when this happens there is nothing that we can do to expedite it.
• Your customs forms will classify your shipment as "Merchandise" and will have the value that you paid on eBay. Please do not ask us to falsify customs forms by marking items as gift or understating values.
• International shipments must be paid for in US dollars through PayPal, International Money orders in US Dollars, or US dollar funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
• Please understand that we may not be able to ship certain items to your location via the U.S. Postal Service because of restrictions on size, weight or contents. In this event, we will cancel the transaction and refund your money. Local Pickup and Hours of Operation

• We are open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. We are closed on: Christmas, New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Thanksgiving.
• We are not available to answer e-mails at night and on weeekends; your e-mails will be answered the next business day.
• Pickups are by appointment only and can be arranged at our Jamestown, NY Location. Please e-mail us to arrange a time. Our street address for pickups is below (if you need our payment address, see the Payment section above)::

• All pickups are required to pay New York Sales Tax unless accompanied by a signed NYS Sales Tax Exemption Form. This applies regardless of your residence - whether you are from out of state or out of the country.

• We will automatically reciprocate your feedback comments. We will be happy to initiate the process if you would prefer; just let us know when you have received your item in satisfactory condition and we will enter positive feedback for you. In the event that you decide to return something we will post feedback after the product is returned in good condition.

NY & PA Sales Tax

• New York and Pennsylvania residents must pay applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping is taxable in both states - this is not something that we control and is state law.

• If we already have your form on file, please contact us and ask us to remove sales tax from your total. At present we are not able to set up accounts as non-taxable and have to remove the tax each time you buy from us.

• We respond to all e-mails. You should expect to hear from us within one business day. If you do not get a reply please check your Junk Mail folder and any anti-spam settings. This is the number one reason for e-mail problems. We have a full return policy so there is no reason for us to avoid your e-mails if you are having a problem.
• AOL, Yahoo, Earthlink, and PeoplePC users: Anti-spam features from these companies may block, reject, or discard our emails. We answer all of our email, so if you have not heard from us, it is most likely because of your junk e-mail settings.

Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy:

• All items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of the auction's end unless otherwise mentioned in the description. Be sure to e-mail us to get an RMA# before making a return.
• All items are guaranteed to be as described and in good working order unless stated otherwise in the description. If not we will refund/replace at our option.
• You may return your purchase at your expense for any reason within the first 30 days for a full refund unless stated otherwise in the auction description.
• We do not charge a restocking fee or penalty fee for returns provided they are returned in as-sold condition.

New Old Stock:

• Merchandise referred to as "New Old Stock" is unused in its original packaging and is usually obtained in distributor buyouts. Since these items have been in the retail chain they may have differing amounts of wear to the packaging and some may have been opened. We will inspect contents to be sure you are receiving a complete product. If you do receive something that appears used, e-mail us to remedy it. In the event that your item is incomplete or defective, we will send a free replacement or refund including return shipping.
• We are liquidators; we are not dealers or distributors of the items that we sell; We can make no guarantee that warranties on these items will be honored by the manufacturer; however, you can always rely on our 30-day money back guarantee.
• We use a single set of photos for most items. Packaging may differ from photo, however what you receive should be accurately represented by what is in the photo. If it is not we will pay for its return.

Conditions of sale:Seller assumes no responsibility for damage or actions resulting from the use or misuse of items sold. Our warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item and does not cover incidental or consequential costs. We are not able or qualified to make assessments of safety or applicability for a particular use of the items that we sell. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine applicability and safety of each item to his/her particular use.
