We have set prices on our items S/H:  It pays for several fees, and labor we endure as sellers and that ebay endorse/allows for us sellers (please see ebays help pages on this subject.).  There is a multitude of fees such as, shipping postage,  delivery confirmation of each package for USA, postage company, labels/slips/envelopes/tape/bubble-wrap/peanuts/packing-paper, paper, ink, jewelry/watch special boxes, labor for auctions, labor getting item mailed, shipping boxes, gas, other packaging fees (which consist of many items), and the list goes on.  None of this above includes what we have paid for the item we place up for auction, the shipping/handling we had to pay for it to be shipped to us, nor the fees to list an item, or the final value fee that we are charged by ebay, and fees by paypal to accept payments from you..
