Bidding, Buy it Now, & Checking Out |
We want your
checkout process to be as painless as possible. If you
experience any problems during checkout, please don't hesitate

FAQ page for possible reasons why
you had trouble. To checkout for an item after you have won the
auction or clicked "Buy it Now" you can click "Pay Now" at the
top of this item, or follow the link
in the confirmation e-mail we send you.
Please note: Customer service
is very important to us. Before leaving negative or neutral
feedback, please
contact us and let us know why you're not happy
and allow us a chance to make things right. We value our
customers and our reputation. |

Payment Methods & Terms |
| We
accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks.
We DO NOT accept personal checks. We expect you to pay
for your purchase within 5 business days of the auction close
unless other arrangements are made in advance. Payments sent by
mail should be postmarked no more then 5 business days after the
item is purchased, and should include your full name, shipping
address, invoice/auction number, and your e-mail address (a
printout of the eBay item is best).
Please note: We do not have
any control over whether your credit card is accepted or not. We
cannot enter the card number manually for you. If your card is
declined you must pay by another method, or checkout our
FAQ
page for possible reasons.
Special
note: Any items purchased within 48 hours of each other will
automatically be combined by our checkout system (up to 20
items). |

Shipping & Tracking |
| During checkout
you will be able to select from shipping methods available to
you based on the items in your invoice as well as your location
and insurance options. When applicable, a tracking number or delivery
confirmation number will be sent to the PayPal email address used to
purchase the item, or email address provided with your mailed in
payment. Our checkout system will combine all items purchased
and shipping for those items as long as they were purchased within 48 hours of each other
(up to 20 items0). The highest item will be charged full
shipping, each additional item will be charged a reduced
amount (approx 60% discount on shipping for each additional
item*). Items not appearing on your invoice will not be eligible
for shipping discounts. Our non-international items generally ship in 2-5 business
days; please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to arrive depending
on the shipping method you selected and your location. If we didn't answer your questions here, please e-mail

Please note: We do not allow pickups. All items must be shipped. |

International Orders |
| Due to the
extended paperwork and processing which must be done,
international orders take 2-10 business days to process. In some
cases (especially when shipping to remote locations), USPS will
hold items at a clearing house until such time as they have
enough packages going to that location to warrant a shipment. If
you feel your item has been delayed, please contact
Julie
so that we can look into it for you. Additionally, you are
responsible for ensuring that the item you are ordering is legal
for your country. We are not responsible for items withheld by
customs. Additionally, we are not responsible for any fees,
taxes, or duties that you incur when importing this item.
Please Note: Please refer to eBay US guidelines for
shipping specific types of knives internationally. If an add
does not show international shipping, it is only shipped within
the US.

Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns |
| We want you to be
happy with your purchase. We allow a 2 day inspection period for
you to check your item over. If you need to return your item
because the item is defective or is not the advertised item,
please contact us within those 2 days. All returned items must
be in their original packaging with any documents or accessories
that came with the item, and must be in undamaged, like new
condition. We will not warranty an item which has been misused
(misused is defined as use of an item outside what the
manufacturer designed it for). You are responsible for return
shipping to us, we will gladly pay the return shipping for your
replacement. All refunds will be less shipping & handling
charges. We must receive your item within 14 days of your
request to return it. |

Everything You Need to Know |
| In some cases, an
item gets listed by our auction system which should not have
been listed. Some reasons the item should not have been listed
include it's against eBay policy, incorrect price, item out of
stock, incorrect picture and/or description. In this event, you
will be notified by e-mail and will receive a full refund. We
reserve the right to cancel an auction or purchase at anytime. By
bidding on or buying this item you are also agreeing that you
are not in any violation of any local, state, or federal laws
