All products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty on all products against faulty goods or workmanship. Warranty does not cover against misuse or neglect. We will pay for return postage on all faulty items. We have a an Australia Post Reply Paid Agreement No 83009 so you can return the faulty item at our expense not yours.

We also offer a 30 day no if's or but's purchase price money back satisfaction guarantee on all products provided they are returned in original condition and original packaging.

We offer postage insurance and  recommend that it is taken out for less than $2 to $4 for most purchases. Any purchases made without insurance are entirely at the purchases own risk.

All purchases made within 7 days will automatically have postage discount calculated. Notification of payment is expected within 3 days of auction end and payment completed within 7 days or item will be relisted.
