1. Do you combine shipping? How can I do that?
Yes we combine shipping, but ALL items qualifying for the combined shipping rate must be paid for together in a single payment and shipped to the same address. Buyers must wait for the last auction to end before making the single payment for all the items. PLEASE WAIT FOR A FEW MINTUES FOR MARKET WORKS TO PICK UP ALL YOUR ORDERS. There may be a short delay before you see all your items show up in the shopping cart. If items are paid for separately, no shipping discount will be given.

USPS Priority (2-4 Business Days): $11.99 for the 1st item; add $10.99 for each additional item.
FedEx Ground (2-7 Business Days): $13.99 for the 1st item; add $7.99 for each additional item
Canada Shipping Costs are $31.99 for the 1st item; add $14.99 for each additional item.
All other International Shipping Costs are $41.99 for the 1st item; add $14.99 for each additional item.
2. I want to pay by Money Order. How much is my total and what is your address?
To avoid mistakes with the order total or address, please visit Market Works checkout or https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp? When checking out, please specify that you will be paying by money order. When mailing your payment, please write down your Order #, eBay Item#, email address, shipping address, and auction number(s).

3. I am a international buyer. Can you ship to me? What is the shipping fee?
We ship to all international countries.
Canada Shipping Costs are $25.00 for the 1st item; add $12.00 for each additional item.
All other International Shipping Costs are $35.00 for the 1st item; add $15.00 for each additional item.
4. What size should I order?
We have a sizing chart and sizing instruction for each style. Please search the auction or product page for the chart. We strongly urge you to utilize the chart to confirm the fit, since we do not allow refunds or exchanges. It is best to add 1-2" to your measurements to select the size that will fit.
5. Do you have other sizes or colors in this style?
For Ebay Buyers: Please look for this line “Click to our EBAY STORE for more sizes and color”, Click on the EBAY STORE link and all the available colors and sizes will be listed.
You can also search colors by scrolling toward the bottom of the auction and look for the line “CLICK HERE TO SEE OUR OTHER AUCTIONS IN DIFFERENT COLORS AND SIZES.” Click on the image of the color that you are interested in, and all the available sizes for that color will be listed.
For Website Buyers: Please search for the "STYLE# COLOR". For example, if you are looking for style Z540 Blue, the type in "Z540 Blue" in the search input box.
6. What is my total including shipping?
When ready to make payment, please use Marketplace checkout or https://www.marketworks.com/pay.asp? Market Works will calculate the total including the combined shipping costs.
7. I have made payment. How long does it to ship to me?
We ship out the same or next business day (Monday thru Friday excluding holidays) after payment is received. Within the US, it takes approximately 2-7 business days to ship. For international orders, please estimate approximately 1-3 weeks for shipment. If for some reason your order is being placed on hold, we will email you to let you know the reason, such as the item is backordered, the item is out of stock, your shipping address is incorrect (no PO Box addresses for UPS shipments please), amount paid for is incorrect, etc.
8. What is my tracking #?
After we ship your order out, the order tracking # will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. If you have you are an international buyer and are shipping by Airmail Letter or Airmail Parcel Post, no tracking # will be provided.
9. Can you send me swatches?
Sorry, we do not have any swatches available.
10. I am having trouble paying with Paypal and want to pay directly by credit card. How can I do that?
Sorry, but we are only setup to accept Paypal or Money Order. You can either contact Paypal directly: 1-888-221-1161 or send us a money order.
11. I bid on the wrong color or size. What can I do?
Sorry but on eBay you can only bid on the correct style, color, or size you want to purchase and cannot make an selection after the auction is over. If you the auction is still running, we recommend you RETRACT the bid as soon as possible: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RetractBidShow and place your bid on the correct auction. If the auction has ended, please make a note in your payment of the correct color or size you meant to bid on. We cannot guarantee that we can send you the exact one you want to exchange for, but will try our best. Sorry we cannot change any styles for you.
