Feedback is very important in the Ebay community, especially to sellers. It used to be a seller's goal to have 100% positive feedback. While that is still important, Ebay has made the DSR's (Detailed Seller Ratings) even more important. A seller's DSR's can actually affect their standing on Ebay (see Ebay's feedback policies to learn more about how not receiving "5 stars" can negatively affect a seller's Ebay standing). I strive to not only carry quality products I believe in, but also to provide fast and accurate shipping. The shipping & handling costs are determined by the weight of the item(s) which determines the actual shipping cost, plus a small handling fee to cover packing material, labor, and additional shipping expenses, i.e. gas. The small handling fee is to cover costs, not make money. Customer satisfaction is a top priority and I want to earn "5 stars" from each of my customers.
