When do you ship your items?

Domestic orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and either Thursday or Friday every
week. We use USPS Priority mail and it should be expected within
2-3 business days.

International orders are also shipped out on Tuesdays and
either Thursday or Friday every week. We use USPS Priority International only,
and delivery should be expected within 6-14 business days.

Do you ship the shoes in their original box?

Unfortunately we don't. One of the biggest reasons is to keep
the cost of shipping down. If you'd like the original box with
your package add $3.00 to the amount you'd pay for shipping and
most important, let us know by email at:

that you want us to pack the original.

We understand some of you are collectors and we'd be happy to
provide the original box for you.

What payment types do you accept?

Paypal or Bidpay are highly recommended forms of payment. We
also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please, NO
personal checks.


Also, make sure if you do send a money order or cashier's check,
please include the shoe model and size, your address, eBay ID,
and email address in the envelope. This makes for easier
processing.

On international orders can you mark my won item as a gift on the
customs form?


We know we're being a bit stiff on this, but we're required by
law to reveal the contents and value of the order. Please DO NOT
ask us to label the contents
as a "gift" or a reduced value.

We understand and have heard customs horror stories, however
we're leaving it up to you to contact your local customs agent
for approximate import taxes, fees, and duties as they may vary
by location before bidding. As you may know they can be quite
substantial.

In saying that, our shipping charges only cover packaging and
shipping your order.

We're very sorry for this, and we hope you can understand.

What's your policy on feedback?

We think our policy is very fair. We agree once you pay, your
job in the transaction is done. We issue feedback immediately
after payment is received.

We process your order and you'll get a shipment confirmation
email from us before shipment days. Please note, we DO NOT wait
to receive feedback in order to give feedback.

We hope that upon receiving your item you let us know if there's
any problem and give us a chance to correct it. We're only
human, we can and sometimes DO make mistakes. So, we ask your
patience in this.


We also ask you to return the favor by leaving us feedback after
you're completely satisfied.

It's real important to us that we create an easy win-win
environment for you the customer and us.

I keep trying to email you guys but you aren't responding, what
gives?


We'll send an email to you at the following points in the
transaction:

  1. At the end of the auction you'll receive a won item email immediately after or a buy it now purchase,
  2. You'll also receive a payment received email after you pay, and
  3. After we process your order you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

You can be relieved to know we respond to all the emails we
receive. If you don't receive the above emails you can assume
we either have an incorrect email address or that an over-active
email filter is blocking our emails.

What if I want to buy multiple t-shirts? Do you sell shirts in
lots with combined shipping?


As a matter of fact we do take requests. Let us know what genre,
the sizes you desire, and how many of each. If we have them in
our Central Valley warehouse it'll take 1 week to fulfill,
however from our L.A. warehouse it may take at least two in a
half weeks to process. We'll let you know otherwise.

Since we sell lots of shirts upon demand, shipping costs are
combined for your satisfaction. We strive to create a WIN/WIN
situation.

Please note: special requests need a $100 minimum order not
including shipping costs.

Can you send my item to another address different from my Paypal
account?


We can but don't get your hopes up. Please understand we're real
busy fulfilling orders from other customers. If it's a high
priority then we ask you to please change your Paypal account
address information, so you can get your item directly.

We're sorry about this, but we want to give fair warning.

Do you accept personal checks?

Unfortunately, we don't accept personal checks. If you happened
to send us a personal check by mistake, then we have to wait 5-7
business days, upon receiving it, for it to clear before we ship
your item.

It just takes way to long to process, so if you don't trust
Paypal, then you can always get a money order from your bank.

What do I do if I want to return something?

Remember, we only accept returns when it's something we've
made a mistake on in the listing. If the item is too small, then
that's not enough for a refund. We try to put enough information
in the listing to make a good educated decision.

  1. First of all, keep the original shipping material we used to ship
    the item to you,
  2. Then, re-package with the original materials and label,
  3. Take it to the post office, and
  4. Tell them to return to sender. It shouldn't cost you a dime.

What's your refund policy?

We'll only refund if we've made a mistake in the description of
the item. We sell vintage clothing and every item has some
imperfection in it unless otherwise stated.

Upon inspection of the item, we'll refund the original amount
minus the shipping cost. The shipping cost gets eaten up by the
post office, so we figure that as lost, and don't typically
realize that profit.

We will NOT refund return postage because as long as you follow
the previous question steps, then you shouldn't have to pay
another cent of return postage.

We hope this doesn't sound too harsh, don't get us wrong, we love
our customers, but we don't like mean people who get their kicks
out of milking the system.

I received an Unpaid Item Reminder for you guys. What gives?

We try to give reasonable time for money orders to get mailed in.
After that, we send an UPI strike in hopes to recapture our
seller fees. Please don't take it personal.

We just ask you to keep communication lines open and let us know
what's going on. We respect that way more than you assuming we're
mind readers.

I'm an international customer, and I still haven't received a
shipping total invoice. Hello?


Please send us a request for total email, and above all do NOT
assume shipping cost. If you don't send enough, then you'll
most definitely get a money request from us.

Sometimes we're so busy with other things that sending out an
invoice is overlooked.
We apologize in advance. We respond
usually within the same day after receiving a request for total
email.
