We ship via UPS and USPS and offer expedited shipping. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships which usually ships within one business day of receipt of payment.

CANADA - We ship via UPS Standard and USPS International services to Canada. We encourage the use of UPS Expedited which offers 3 - 5 day transit throughout Canada, which includes the brokerage fee as part of the shipping charge. If you select UPS Standard, you are responsible for the brokerage fee, which is based on the value of the item. This brokerage fee varies widely, so please contact your local UPS office for an estimate.

WORLDWIDE - We ship to select countries via UPS WorldWide Expedited, USPS Express Mail and Priority Mail International services. UPS WorldWide Expedited and USPS Express Mail International offer cost effective 3 - 5 day service to most destinations throughout the world and are fully insured and traceable. USPS Priority Mail International is not traceable and is insured up to $100. Please check the Approved Country List below to ensure your country is listed. If your country is not listed, then we do NOT ship to your country.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES - You may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These fees are charged once the item reaches your country and are your responsibility. Your shipping cost from DealYard.com only includes the cost to ship the item. Please contact your local customs’ office and local postal service or UPS office if you require additional information. These shipments will not be marked as gifts and are shipped as merchandise with actual purchase prices – no exceptions.

Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 7 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped with a tracking number back for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back without a tracking number and not received there is no way to verify it was shipped back to us. Please note that refunds take up to 10 days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next months billing statement. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item¡¯s purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. DealYard.com reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition. Defective products are eligible for exchange only. In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of DealYard, we will take the necessary steps to make it right. We will be happy to reimburse the customer's economy ground return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes proof of the charges paid:

• The product received was not what was ordered
• The product received was defective (and you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt)

In all other circumstances the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Payments must be received within 7 days of the auction's close, or your item(s) will be forfeited.
