We shop on a continual basis to offer you a variety of choices that are available. We only purchase our products after careful examination of the items we’re purchasing for any flaws or defects. We do not purchase knock offs or fakes, only items that are guaranteed 100% authentic from authorized retailers. We value you as a customer who only expect the best from us. We work very hard to bring you the highest quality designer merchandise available and strive for complete customer satisfaction.
Payments are due within twenty four hours of the auction ending. If you need additional time just let us know and we will work with you.
If you are purchasing an item with the Buy It Now option payment is due at time of purchase.
We accept payments through Pay Pal. If you are using an E check we will ship your package when your payment clears our account, which usually take a few days to clear.
International Buyers must contact us before bidding or making a purchase to obtain international shipping costs.
All International custom fees, or international taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We ship within twenty four hours of receipt of payment, except Sundays and holidays.
We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Ground which usually takes two to five business days.
If you need your package sent overnite we can accommodate your request but you must e-mail us for overnite rates.
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages after we drop the package off at the post office. We package every item professionally and securely to the best of our ability.
We offer combined shipping and the rates will depend on the weight and size of the additional items purchased.
We ship outside of the US using USPS priority mail international, express mail international and first class international. Express is the fastest, most expensive way to ship. First class international is the least expensive, but does not offer shipping insurance and is the slowest way to ship. Express and Priority international both offer shipping insurance unless using a flat rate envelope or small flat rate box. USPS flat rate services do not offer shipping insurance or tracking information.
We will accept a return under the following conditions:
1. You must contact us at dwgalf@hotmail.com before returning an item
2. The item must be returned in the same new condition within three days.
3. After three days we do not accept returns.
4. All tags must remain attached, all items that came with your purchase including original tags, boxes, instructions, and sleeper bags must also be returned.
5. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all handbags and accessories. Shipping cost will not be refunded. We will accept returns on all items if they are returned in the same new condition as received. If the shoes are returned with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 20% restocking fee. We suggest when you try your shoes on to only walk on your carpet.
