GENERAL INFO
Please feel free to ask any questions I will always try to help if I can. I do get several emails per day so my answers will sometimes be delayed. (Overseas members please be aware of time differences). If you prefer to call, our Telephone number is 01424 444692 during business hours ONLY - 9am to 1pm Monday to Saturday. Orders paid by 10am will be despatched the same day, (not a guaranteed service but we do our best for you). Orders paid in the afternoon will be despatched the following day. There is NO POST on Wednesdays. If your payment comes through for goods on a Friday your order will not be despatched until Monday as there is no post at the weekends, or public holidays.

A CONFIRMATION email will be sent to your direct email address stating that we have received your payment and will be despatching your goods. Sometimes these are bounced back to us as people have junk filters on their emails which prevents our message getting through. Please bare that in mind before thinking badly of us! Please READ the listings carefully before asking me a question. Thankyou for considering our products, we hope you find something you like!

POSTAGE & Payment
Postage prices are listed for UK AND for overseas. We will give discounts for more than one item purchased ONLY IF PAID ALL TOGETHER ON ONE INVOICE. If buying more than one item PLEASE WAIT TO BE SENT A COMBINED INVOICE so I can apply any discounts. Payment prefered by PAYPAL or Credit Card. UK customers can send cheques, (please allow 7 working days to clear), or Postal Orders (uncrossed). International money orders in British Pounds only. Sorry no bank transfers, foreign cheques or foreign currency due to high bank fees by British banks to change them. We have a professional and SAFE packing service and prompt deliveries. We retain POST RECEIPTS for every item and anything over 10 pounds in value will be sent by a secure postal service. This is a little more expensive but offers peace of mind for BOTH parties. We have an arrangement that all non delivered post is returned to us after 5 weeks. Lost post is extremely rare! Please notice the postal rates printed on all our listings. We subsidise the cost of the post and so you never usually pay what it actually costs us once paypal fees, packing materials etc. are taken into account so if you are not happy with our post charges then please do not buy.
