Please understand that while we do not charge an additional fee for custom designs, we will not begin working on a custom design until payment is made. We will let you know ahead of time if the design you have in mind is a possibility, but because of the time invloved in creating new designs, we can not begin working on a design without knowing that the design will be paid for.
