| A:NO refunds & returns for all international buyers.
We EXCHANGE products only if we shipped the wrong item. The wrong shipment must be returned to us before we ship the correct order.
All items are sent via international airmail or other freight companies are always carefully addressed and packed. We are not liable for delays or damages. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Combined shipping is available. Please write in your interested items & we'll quote you the combined shipment rate. |
| Q:What is your combined shipping rate? |
|
| A:NOT all items can save from combined shipping. For example small items that weigh less than 1kg CANNOT save because the postage is determined by total weights. Combined shipping postage can be saved only for items that weighs over 1kg. For items that weighs over 1kg, the postage is determined by intervals (e.g. every 500g). |
| Q:How does combined shipping work? |

| A:For example, if you buy one item that is 1.2kg, the cheapest postage is calculated based on 1.5kg. Thus you can get another item that weighs under 300g and save on combined shipping. For the same example, however, if your 2nd item is 400g, it will add up the total weighs to 1600kg and the postage calculation will move on the next interval to 2 kg. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We use international airmail, which usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive.
Alternative shipping methods, such as SAL (takes 3-6 weeks), EMS or other freight companies, are available upon request.
