1.   SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:  I LOVE to combine shipping on multiple purchases! It's a win-win situation for both of us. To get your discounted shipping -  please review your COMBINED invoice to make sure the discount is applied BEFORE you pay - if you don't see it, please email me for a corrected invoice, as I cannot give you a discount after you pay.  You will pay the HIGHEST shipping amount & then, in most cases, just $.50/S&H for each additional item when paid for on A SINGLE COMBINED INVOICE!  FREE SHIPPING items STILL ship FREE when purchased in combination with other items!  I am happy to allow you a reasonable time to make all your purchases so you can take advantage of my shipping discounts, so just let me know if you need more time to complete your shopping.

2.  BEST OFFERS:  I am open to 'Best Offers' on just about anything in my store!  If an item is not listed with a 'Best Offer', please don't hestitate to email me and inquire if I might accept one - you never know unless you ask!

3.  INSURANCE:  Insurance is OPTIONAL.  You can purchase it for $1.75.  I don't make money on insurance - I offer it for your protection. 

4.  PAYMENTS:  I accept PayPal payments.  I appreciate hearing from you within 3 days of your purchase and receiving payment within FIVE DAYS unless other arrangements have been made.   I want you to have a leisurely shopping experience, so if you need extra time to shop, please email me ASAP & let me know.  I recommend insurance, as I am not responsible once your items are released to the USPS.  Unfortunately, insurance is not offered to Canadian buyers.

5.  FEEDBACK:  I leave positive feedback upon receipt of your payment.  My philosophy is that you, as the Buyer, have completed your portion of the transaction by paying me in a timely manner.  In return, I trust and hope that you will be kind enough to contact me upon receipt of your item should there be any problems to allow me to correct them, BEFORE leaving anything less than positive feedback for me.
