Q. What is GSM?

A. GSM stands for Global System for Mobile communications. GSM offers the convenience of a single number, a single bill and a single phone with worldwide access in over 200 countries. GSM accounts for 82% of the global mobile phone market.

Q. Will a GSM Phone work with Verizon, Sprint or Nextel?

A. As a general rule, GSM Phones WILL NOT Work with those Networks and you should not purchase a GSM Phone is they are your Cellular Carrier.

Q. What is a Quad-Band phone?

A. A Quad-Band GSM Phone uses all four ofthe frequencies 850/900/1800 & 1900mhz.

Q. Will a Quad-Band phone work with my GSM carrier?

A. ALL Unlocked Quad-Band phones will work with ALL GSM Carriers worldwide.

Q. What is a Tri-Band phone?

A. A Tri-Band GSM Phone uses the frequencies 850/1800/1900Mhz or 900/1800/1900Mhz

Q. Will a Tri-Band phone work with my GSM carrier?

A. Some Tri-Band phones may not work in some limited parts of the country. If you have any doubts, your Cellular carrier will be able to advise you if a Tri-band phone is suited to you. We advise you to call their Customer Service 800 Number to assure yourself of total satisfaction.

Q. Is this a new or used Phone?

A. Every sale is for a brand new phone in original packaging unless otherwise explicitly specified. From time to time we will sell stock that has been used by our staff and will always accurately describe its condition.

Q. You say the the Phone is "unlocked" - what does that mean?

A. An "Unlocked" Phone will work with the SIM Card from ANY GSM Cellular Company.

Q. You say the Phone is "unbranded" - what does that mean?

A. An "Unbranded" Phone will not have any Celluar Company name on the device itself, nor will it contain any pre-loaded software from any Cellular Company. Some Phones are manufactured to be sold by the Cellular Companies themselves. In those cases, the phones may have, for example, "Cingular" or "T-Mobile" written on the device. Unbranded Phones will not.

Q. Does the phone work?

A. Although we are unable to personally test every single device. Every phone is in the original box it was delivered to us when it was imported, DOA (dead on arrival) phones are rare. See the Policy on "Returns" below.

Shipping:

Q. Do you ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes?

A. No, we do not, because our shipping companies do not provide that service.

Q. What countries will you ship to.

A. We will ONLY Ship to the USA or United Kingdom and to the PayPal Confirmed Address ONLY. If your PayPal Address is NOT Confirmed please do not bid, as we reserve the right to refund your payment, minus the eBay and/or PayPal Fee we incurred for the transaction. We do not ship to Africa or the Philippines. So please do not ask.

Q. How do you ship?

A. To save you money we ship via UPS Ground, We usually ship as soon as possible after confirming receipt of your payment, however, in some exceptional cases that process could take up to four business days.

Q. Will I be able to track my Shipment?

A. As soon as we process your order a UPS Tracking Number will be available. At weekends it can take up to 2 business days for the tracking info to show on UPS.com.

Q. Do you offer Local Pickup, I am just a short drive away?

A. I am sorry but our products are in a location that is not open to the Public.

Payment:

Q. Do you accept money orders or Credit/Debit Cards?

A. Paypal is our preferred Payment Solution, because of the protection it offers both Buyer and Seller.

Q. My PayPal address is unconfirmed, What should I do?

A. Because we will only ship to a PayPal Confirmed Address, you should not bid. If you bid and you win, and your PayPal Address is NOT Confirmed we reserve the right to refund your payment, minus the eBay and/or PayPal Fee we incurred for the transaction.

Can I return the Phone?

Q. My phone appears to be dead, What should I do?

A. Most phones come with limited charge in the battery when they leave the factory, The Manufacturers say you should plug your phone in until it is fully charged before trying to use it.

Q. The battery is charged but it is still dead, now what?

A. Please contact us if you are having difficulties with the phone. We will accept a return for an exchange within 7 days of you taking delivery of the device. You will be responsible for returning the device, trackable, and insured for the full purchase price. If it is sent untraceable or uninsured and goes 'missing', no refund will be issued. Since it was not working we would expect it to be returned in original, unused condition, with all original packaging.

Q. I don't like the phone. Can I return it?

A. We will accept a return within 7 days of you taking delivery of the device with the following conditions: You will be responsible for returning the device, trackable, and insured for the full purchase price. If it is sent untraceable or uninsured and goes 'missing', no refund will be issued. It must be returned in original, unused condition, with all original packaging. In such circumstances we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking charge which will include coverage for the eBay and/or PayPal Fees we incurred for the transaction.

Q. I bid, but I wasn't actually expecting to win, Can I cancel my bid?

A. We cannot be responsible for your errors of judgement. We reserve the right to refund your payment, minus the eBay and/or PayPal Fee we incurred for the transaction.

Q. I bid and won, but I'm not going to pay?

A. When you bid on eBay you form a binding contract. We will always file an Unpaid Item Report which would result in Negative Feedback as well as possible termination of your account by eBay. Ignoring payment reminders does not help.

Feedback:

Q. I paid promptly, why haven’t you left me positive feedback?

A. Our Feedback Manager Software leaves Positive Feedback for you when it registers you have left it for us.

Q. I am unhappy and I want to leave negative feedback. What should I do?

A. If you feel something is wrong, please contact us through the 'Leave Seller a Message". We will never unreasonably leave bad feedback, and would ask that you allow us to resolve your issue. We will do whatever is reasonable to protect our reputation
